I’m writing on a public posting as well as sending a letter to the Village and Bill Baczek.
Please Remove the Message on your RLP for Change Website. The Only thing that is truthful is the fact that we did have a discussion after my withdraw from your party.
I never said I felt the financial situation of the Village would take more skill or time.
These are your words, you asked me to write a letter bad mouthing the currant Mayor.
I would not and did not. Instead you chose to make up Lies and post them as my words.
My Letter did not endorse the party of RLP for change, all it said was best of luck in the upcoming Elections.

My pleasant discussion with you never mentioned on my part ANYTHING about the currant Mayor or her Trustee’s . I mentioned my worries about Donna and Patty, about
Some of the facts not being entirely correct, how I was promised I would be updated on the plans for Round Lake Park. You even apologized for not making the time to go over

FYI THIS IS WHAT BILL SAID; Laure Frawley today withdrew her candidacy for Trustee for the Village of Round lake Park. After a long deliberation she felt that the desperate financial situation looming over the head of the village would require more time and skill than she could offer. She had a very pleasant discussion with Bill Baczek and expressed her feelings. They decided that her future is going to be very bright should she decide to offer her service to the public in the future but agreed that the Village faces some trying times ahead and if she had any apprehension she should follow her instincts and do what she feels is right for herself and the Village of Round Lake Park. Her withdrawal included a very nice letter endorsing the goals and ideas of the “Change” Party and we wish her well in all of her future endeavors.

I take it you read the real letter. Sometimes the truth hurts Bill. Main street is the single most important item to help our village. Other towns have filled their store fronts after like projects. Why dont you join us? As a member of the comittee we could use you. Who knows in 2 years I may even endorse you for trustee.

Robert G. whom I believe to be Trustee Robert Seminary, the same trustee who ran with Ila Bauer and then turned on her and the entire slate the minute he was sworn into office. Wake up !!! Your friend and leader has not done one positive thing for the village since she took office. Are you blind or just preoccupied with family matters ?? She has taken the village to the brink of bankruptcy and you continue to support her. Again, I must ask, are you as blind as bat or do you just not comprehend the magnitude of destruction our Mayor has been able to accomplish since taking office. You really need to take a good look inside yourself. I thought you might eventually snap out of it like your neighbor but the bell just hasn't sounded for you. Too bad, but really too bad for the residents of this village.

Once again just like when Teubert and Baczek ran for office two years ago Round Lake Park has suffered another blemish on its reputation. The RLP FOR CHANGE party should be ashamed for clearly violating the peoples trust by lying and misleading the voters of Round Lake Park. I'm not just talking about the deceitful version of Mrs. Frawley's letter that Mayoral candidate Baczek posted on the change parties' website. There are more embarrassing and deceitful issues that will be coming in the weeks. Just the fact that Teubert crawled out of the wood work to endorse them should throw up yet another red flag. If Baczek really loved this town like he states he would RESIGN and save us further embarrassment. He and Martin could agree to help the current administration through these tough times and save face. Two years from now when things die down they could run for trustee seats. Since 2005 Round Lake Park Trustee and RLP Change candidate Martin Nelson has voted yes on Payroll every meeting that he was present at until 11/18/2008. His full time office worker wife Norma Nelson was and still is on the payroll. He also worked on employee benefits as Human Resources chairman from 2005-2007. He also has approved 3 village budgets with employee pay raises for employees including his wife. After being elected in April of 2007 new Mayor McCue and new attorney Peter suggested to Mr. Nelson during a meeting that he abstain from these votes but he continued to vote yes on them until 11/18/2008. He now abstains. This information can be verified in the meeting minutes online @ http://www.roundlakepark.us/

Trustee Robert Seminary runs a security business for which the village pays him, he also has voted on the budgets which included his contract each year, trustee Ken Schnur, he ran a scam where he lead people to believe he was donating his motorcycle to raise money for his adopt a classroom and took over half the money raised as his payment for the motorcycle, and lost his 501C3 committee, it's over RESIGN and save face!

After 22 years, I had to cut ties with Jean 100%. Her finger pointing clearly shows that she doesnt want to accept ANY blame for her village going down in flames. Her campaign says Integrity and Progress; neither of which can be seen anywhere. During the 2007 campaign Bill Baczek and his Common Sense party openly admitted to breaking the law with their big red signs. Two years later their name has changed to RLP for change, but judging by the red tagged sign on Hainsville road they still haven’t figured out the sign laws.

They also might want to read the election laws. They failed to file the required paperwork to replace a candidate. The replacement candidate paperwork was in their official slate packet in their hands, and they failed to fill it out and turn it in when they filed. So they found a write in candidate. There is still one minor problem. They didn’t file the required write in candidate paperwork by the February deadline. So I called the Lake County clerks office, and they confirmed that any write in votes will be void.

When you fill out a grant application if you forget a form or even misspell a word they will deny your application. Is this who we want to run our village?

I was driving down Peterson / 137 when I noticed the election signs. I'm not a resident nor am I familiar with Round Lake Park other than I pass through it daily so excuse my forgiveness. What politician has so little to run on that he actually stole the branding from Obama's campaign? The red O with blue lines was key in Obama's campaign identity. So why does Bill Baczek and the RLP for Change find it acceptable to steal this copyrighted logo?

I can't vote against this group in April but I'll do everything I can to make the people who guard IP for Obama's administration aware of this. How low can you go?

Mayor McCue sent a flier with the following information on it by mail.

*Why does mayoral candidate Baczek’s profile claim he has earned real estate, appraisal, and two financial planning licenses? So then the change party responded with Bills IL appraiser license #154006114 I also called I.D.F.P.R. and they confirmed that number is not a valid number. The copy of the license they provided was issued by our former governor George “buy a license for cash” Ryan. I tried to verify the license with George but Statesville Prisoners don’t have phones in their cells
