I attended the Grayling Rock and Roll Airshow with my family on Saturday July 7, 2007.
What a waste of money! After spending $185 on tickets for a fun family event, did I feel ripped off. 4 planes in the air, 3 on the ground, cancellation of parachuters due to wind, poor and short performances of performers
all for $185.oo, how ridiculous.
They were lucky if they had 200 cars in the parking lot by 3:00 in the afternoon. Everyone was complaining about the misrepresentation of planes and events.
Several people inquired about a refund,
full or partial, which they refused to do.
I will never attend this event again and would advise anyone else to not attend either.
Go to a theme or water park for the day, you will get more bang for your buck.
Picture walking around an almost empty field for miles with a plane scattered here and there and a row of concession trailers lined up. Do you feel like you got your money's worth? Me neither. Trust me, save your money.

Im sure all the lavish websites etc made money NOT but here is the good side to make the government against the people proud again.... Grayling Airshow Arrests
Increased patrols paid off at the Grayling Airshow Saturday. After community concerns over the increase of visitors for the airshow the state police bumped up patrols putting in over 400 hours in three days. During that time 351 traffic stops were made resulting in 4 DUI arrests, 6 felony arrests, and 16 misdemenanor arrests. In addition 192 traffic citations were given with 235 verbal warnings.

Looks Like everyone that worked went and flew there got at least a warning :( wow will be living some where else soon,,,
