As noted before: Traverse City is Heading for Trouble.

More every year, teens too gangs or druggies will keep destroying TC as other cities of Michigan are torn apart. Soon neighbor vs. neighbor and mix-races will over populate to make crimes rise higher than you ever seen before.
The only way to stop them is keep the police busy and called on every 911 you can call to keep control of the city and streets. If you keep letting more enter the city, the more you will lose land and control.
