Arkansas Hunting Rights Amendment, Issue 1
This resolution proposes to amend the Arkansas Constitution to provide for a constitutional right for citizens of the state of Arkansas to hunt, fish, trap, and harvest wildlife. The resolution states that the right would be limited only by the regulations consistent with Amendment 35 of the Arkansas Constitution.

The Federal Government has to be brought under control, they cannot usurp the authority of your County Sheriff, which is our final protection...the ONLY elected law enforcement officer in the whole US of A. Think about this. The FBI, DEA, Homeland Security..no Federal Agency can come into YOUR county and exercise authority without the consent of the SHERIFF!
the sheriff is apart of the homeland security .sworn to them. never trust letters like cia fbi hls sop witch in germany the homeland security was changed to the S>S due your history, an pres. lowbama

Totally agree!! Funny how most liberals want to intrude on our rights to hunt and fish but they don't raise a stink about abortion. Shouldn't it be the other way?

to the people that don't believe in hunting and fishing..etc...not only is healthy to eat wild game but it also keeps the population down but it also provides for those that can't afford to run out and just buy what they need.i grew up dirt poor and sometimes all we had to eat is what we caught. i thank god that it's not like that for us anymore but some people are still in that position so next time before you get on your bandwagon and try to push your ideas on others.....USE YOUR BRAIN...and for peta and all those other groups save all the species you want but quit trying to get gaming outlawed because if we stop hunting,trapping,fishing,etc.. the animal population would overrun us and eat everything around crops, wild fruits,etc...and we would all eventually starve to death then what would you have accomplished?

I think all of our area politicians are for 2nd Amendment rights. It is a mute question around here. Democrats and Republican have been pumping that old 12 ga for years.

What this will do is guarantee that your right to hunt in Arkansas is protected. as a Arkansan that has a license to hunt or fish, that cannot be taken away by some special intreast group, or the federal government.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Capricorn

If you need to get someone organized, this is the day to do it. You'll sort things out without sounding bossy or patronizing, and you'll also get co-operation instead of resistance. It's a good day for having a serious chat with a child, perhaps because you need to explain something and want to make sure you do it properly, in a way that doesn't create confusion or fear.
