Driver sentenced for three DUIs

A 40-year-old Swatara Township man has been sentenced to a drug- and alcohol-treatment program for three drunken-driving offenses.

It's not fare that a person that has 3 dui's just get treatment for them he needs to goto jail and never be able to drive again the should have gotten 3years for each count of dui and sent up state for it and let him think about what he done . the courts are too leanent on this matter they need to show pepole that if you get caught you go to jail no just a slap on the hand. what if he killed someone then the judge would have put him in jail then .Any one with that many dui's needs to goto jail he just isn't going to learn

i think what there trying to do is treat the addiction problem rather than just throw them in jail. jail will merely scare them for awhile but the addiction problem isnt being dealt with. im sure he has thought about what hes done PLENTY. think outside the box smarty.
