I have found out that the City pays a "consultant" to do economic development for Keller. We pay her, get this, over $5,800 a month. SO i go online and look that the proposed scope of work. It is like it was written by a freshman business student. No real deliverables, just a bunch of clichés.

This will affect the way I vote this year.
