I'm glad you're glad he got whacked with a club. I'd be even more glad if I read a news article saying you met the same fate. Isn't there some traffic in the toxic waste state you can go play in?

What is happening in this world. Having known Ryan he is not a cold blooded killer. Everyone is talking some much shit about him but have you ever met him or just read the newspaper? He has a family also and although he screwed up big time why should both families have to suffer? One tragity is enough. I think he will suffer knowing what he did and living with that for the rest of his life. Why don't you people focus on keeping real criminals like sex offenders behind bars or worry about our soldiers that are dying to keep your asses safe.

You dingbat. He has to suffer because he killed someone. That makes him a REAL criminal. And no, his guilty conscience is not enough. Someone is dead because of what he did. What part of that do you not get?

So your contention is that, although he committed a crime...he "didn't mean it" and therefore should not be punished?

It sounds like that Flobeck kid was a right jerk--he and 8 of his buddies try to beat up on two guys and ended up getting killed. I think the jury reached the right decision--it was an accidental death, Grady exercised poor judgment, and has now served his time. Would you guys feel the same if Flobeck had killed Grady? They were both at fault here. That's why you shouldn't start fights...
