Just as renovations of the hush puppy room at Tierney's Duck Inn finish, following a fire last year, the doors of the well-known restaurant will soon close. via Denton Record-Chronicle

thats a shame it is a great restruant great food the catfish was very good wish greg the best with his restruant in lewisville

really sad only place in dfw you could get a great seafood meal without paying out the ass. ala dead lobster

This was a great place for catfish meals years ago and certainly hope it improved from our last visit. The Top Kat in Irving has great catfish but not the "All you can eat meal" I know I'll get a comment saying Duck Inn has improved.

I have eaten at the Duck Inn for many years, have taken family and friends there to eat too. We will miss the good food. I loved their green tomato relish. Any chance of it reopening? Would be great!
