To call this office will raise your blood pressure over the moon. Though their recording always promise to return your call they never never do. It would seem that a Drs. office would have a better quality of help.

we the patient need to have more patience because dr's offices will have there time of wait. if they didnt' make us wait they will be rushing us out the door in less than 5mins and not care for our needs they would just think about the dollar signs. these dr's try their best and they pay attention to our needs. this group is there for us why not give them the appeciation they desearve
for their hard work and professionalism.

This Dr.s office would have better quality of help if they didnt fire everyone who cared, this place is only looking to make a buck! they only worry about over time and not the well being of the pt.s health care. in the 5 months that i worked there they fired 22 people. hell i make 23,. If you want a headache take your family to kaner medical group, if you want to not get returned phone calls and want to wait 2 + weeks for RX refills this is the place to go. the dr.s are awesome, i have nothing bad to say about them or dr kaner, only his admin.( the kutler family) staff and a person by the name of wendy O., dr. kaner would have an awesome office and caring staff members if he would take the whole kutler family out of the picture including wendy they are mean hateful tacky people who dont care aboutanything but the money that goes in their pockets.

This is the worse place you could ever go. If you are a np and looking for somewhere to go, no way in hell i would take my kids here. It needs to be shut down. First and foremost the employees there hate it, they treat you like shit, and worse of all they hit or make passes at you. But you cant say anything cause its a family practice. Take my word DONT GO find some place else. You will thank me later

A retired fighter pilot, 24 years active duty - broke my foot and looked for a doctor - yellow pages- ended up at KMG - foot never fixed, admitted for high blood pressure, can you emagine why? the WORST ADMIN in the known universe and I have been in the Mil for 24 years. Went in the other day for "lab work" all screwed up - ended up with swine flu and strep throat, results of said tests yet to be sent to me... I wish I was savvy enough to put my answering machine mesage on line to let you hear how screwed up my last attempt to have a new lab test has gone. Obama doesn't have a chance to fix this.

As a former patient, I can say that the wait is always horrible!!! The front desk staff is unpleasant and always seem unhappy, underpaid and clearly overworked. Dr. Mina is loud and obnoxious her "nurse" Wende is the same. Dr. Kaner is dry and has no sense of humor. He's not thorough at all and clueless of the things that go on in a practice with his name on it. Pity!! Dr. Livingstone is way too slow. You'll be lucky to be seen in 4 hours for a 15 min visit. The Kutlers: the most racist, cheap, unfair people to run a modern day plantation...I mean company. I left the practice and these are just a FEW reasons why.

I am also a former employee and agree COMPLETELY with this post....very sad such "money hungry" people can run a business like this.... there is no concern for patients or employees.. and the administrator does fire good employees left and right for no solid reason.. only because she is having a bad day.

I love the office staff and Doctors at the Main St. in Euless location. Didn't care much for the Bedford location when I was there. Just too much confusion and too many people herded through. But... in the their defense, there are so many sick people at this time of year it would be impossible to limit the number of patients without turning them away. They helped me and I feel much better now so I'm happy.

Really don't care about patients. Glad to know I'm not the only one who hates their guts. I loved Dr Martin, but since she left 5 yrs ago, the practice has gone downhill on a sled to Hell. I'm looking for a good Doc in HEB as of today. Any suggestions?

My husband and I both have been patients of KMG for years, and have usually been completely satisfied with the care. Prescriptions have been slow to be called in on a couple of occasions, but otherwise all is good. Have never waited more than 20 min. to be seen, usually get in the same day, and found nothing but courtesy when calling to make an appointment.

Yes,the wait is horrible but that is not all.My husband was DR.Livingston's patient for 9 years when he experienced chest pain.All those years he was on medication[high blood pressure,high cholesterol],but for DR.Livingston that was not red flag.He did EKG and simply told him "We'll do a stress test in the future."He send him home instead of ER.Anyway,I drag him to ER,where they told us[after all labs.that he already have had heart attack.So thanks to DR.Livingston his heart is damaged now ,and he is on more medication then ever before.So be careful and read reviews about your doctor.

I had the same issue with probably the same person making passes at me. He actually rubbed my rear at the Christmas party! Some of the people are amazing, but the Kutlers do need to go!

My husband and I both had Dr Livingstone as our Primary care physician for 7-8 years. He had us on the same dose of high blood pressure medicine, lisiniprol, and treated us for very little else besides sinus infections, for which he always prescribed us both Z - pak antibiotics. One year I went to Dr Livingstone for a physical, which did not include a pap smear or any type of gynecological exam. My insurance company was charged for a pap smear and contacted me as I had just went to my gynecologist for my yearly pap. I had to go in person to Dr Livingstones office to have this straightened out as it was not taken care of over the phone. The last visit I had with Dr Livingstone was in December 2009. I went in complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath. Dr Livingstone diagnosed me with indigestion and possible GERD. I was instructed to take milk of magnesia twice daily as well as zantec every morning for a couple of weeks. Before I could finish this treatment I was in the ER with the same chest pains and shortness of breath, this time I had triple bypass surgery. The surgeon told my family that I had severe heart damage and it looked as if I had a previous heart attack, which I know now was what was happening when I went to see Dr Livingstone. I was in the hospital for months, and currently I need a heart transplant that I pray about daily. I can't help but think Dr Livingstone may have spared me all of this if he had done any kind of test to detect a heart attack; an EKG, a chest x-ray, anything. I would not recommend him as a Dr to my worst enemy. He is nice and friendly as a person, in fact he has always reminded me of Mr Rogers (from Mr Rogers Neighborhood), but he is NOT a good Dr! They say hindsight is 20/20, I now see how inefficient he was. I also question his motives for prescribing me and my husband the same medications all those yrs, wondering if it was more for profit than our health. He needs to do all of his patients a favor and retire.

Wow! I will be looking for work else where. I have seen everything from sexual harassment to fraud. The kutler clan runs the place based on fear, disrespect to employees, and there is no confidentiality at all. Gold diggers do not even begin to describe them. The employees look stressed out because they are! They are over worked and under paid.

Wow...I had no idea so many people were upset with this office. Although Dr. Livingston is actually my PCP I have only seen him one time in the last 4-5 years, and when I did he was kind of insulting, so I always request to see PA Matthew, who is awesome. He's done a great job monitoring my health, and was actually the one to discover that I had diabetes. No other doctor (and I'd been to many) took the time really figure out what was wrong with me. I really consider him to be my doctor and if he left, I'd probably leave too.

I agree with the post above, Dillion Matthew is awesome and the only reason that I stay there. They've been going through a phone upgrade for months and never return phone calls and never forward labs to specialists. I actually had to make an appointment, pay the co pay, just to get a piece of paper to take to a specialist!

If only I had read these many complaints before choosing to go to Dr. Livingstone for my chronic back pain, caused by several collapsed vertebra. What a total waste of time and money that year was! Because I missed an appointment, which I paid the extra fee for, I then became short on my anti-inflammatory. Even though I had an appointment in only THREE DAYS with Dr. Livingstone, his office nurse refused me a simple 3 day re-fill. I come from a very medically oriented family and was myself a nurse, so I know correct office procedure. When I heard the cold, un-caring tone coming from the other end of the phone, I told her to go ahead and cancel that appointment, as I would no longer be coming to their clinic, or recommending it to others. Well, here I am. Save your money and energy because there ARE doctors in the Mid-Cities area that are simply wonderful! Just keep looking for better comments than these.
