A Heath man was sentenced to four years in prison on Tuesday after he admitted raping an Alzheimer's patient.

How does someone "who barely has the use of his legs" work as a van driver for a public agency? I understand there are countless labor laws that prevent discrimination, allow for reasonable accommodations, etc., but I don't really understand this.

One who is barely capable of getting around him/herself has no business transporting disabled people.
