Hershey woman dies after car hits garage

The article is wrong when it says the speed limit is 55 mph in that stretch. It's 45 mph. I drive on that road every day.

It's 55mph. 45mph starts at Killinger Rd. This stretch is not posted, and therefore is 55mph under PA State law.

The driver overadjusted when she went onto the sholder and hit the embankment and thus into the wall..
