There are new rules for newly opened cases involving unemployed parents. We are raising our toddler grandson and after a year, decided it was time to get something, even if it is $10 a week, in support from his parents. They need to learn responsibility. Since neither of them has a job, the new rule for new cases is that a support order won't be entered. "We need to be gentler and kinder to the unemployed". What about the senior citizens like us who get up and go to work everyday and pay for daycare? There has to be some job they can do to support their child.

Hoes are professionals.
Professionals get paid for what they do.
Victims of deadbeat dads aren't getting paid.
Ergo, they are not hoes.
Yep, and 90% of the knocked up women in Lebanon are HOES. Check out the welfare rolls in Lebanon. Hey my welfare is running low, better get knocked up again.(the other shame is 1/2 of those hoes wouldn't be able to read this post)
Come people, if you can't feed em, don't breed em

1. Stop being a pushover, clearly you didn't raise you kid right - put an end to it.

2. Either adopt the child and assume full custody, or give it back and let them deal with it. If they don't want it and you don't want it, put it up for adoption.

Nope, no clue who you are, but your story intrigues me. Couple questions?
How many children is the support for?
How many years of support is unpaid?
Assuming they were married, who filed for divorce?
The support is for one child
The support has gone unpaid for at least 6 years
She had filed for divorce.
A lawyer wants $3000 up front, and yet they cannot do anything. The commonwealth will not seize his driver's license, hunting license, fishing license, or his tax refunds. The fed will not do anything unless the state makes the first move.
He was arrested a few times for bouncing her a bad check for support, yet they released the next day because keeping him locked up will prevent him from working to pay support.

Sounds like a civil case to me. Your sister should get a lawyer and sue her ex. I personally don't think my tax dollars should be used to staff a department to broker funds between Individuals in what is clearly a private matter.
Have you ever been directly involved in this type of situation IN PENNSYLVANIA? if yes, then you know what you just told me is useless. If you did get results, then please guide me to those that helped you. They should disband the agency altogether and just put a lien on his income and his tax refund like they do in 49 other states

Well that works out to ALMOST 1,000.00 a month for 18 years. Sounds a little strange to me. And I know for FACT they put people in jail for a lot LESS than that when it comes to Lebanon Co. D.R.
There has to be more to the story that's not being said. But then that's normal for Lebanon Co. Hoes that use D.R. as a way of life. Their not much better than the welfare scum hoes that make welfare a living. Come Lebanon, it's time to clean out the county of the scum......
200,000 is the total amount... actually, 212,000. and that includes more than the weekly check. Also, child support no longer stops at 18 years old. If the child gets left back in highschool, they can collect support until the age of 22 years old as long as they are going to school. Whats worse, even though they are legally an adult at that point, it is NOT TAXABLE income for them

$1000 per month or $200-$250 PER WEEK... it is supposed to be between 25-75 % of your PRE TAX GROSS INCOME. Yes they put people in jail for less child support than that, BUT IT is only for 24 hours because a jailed parent cannot earn any income if in jail...

If u choose to reproduce u assume the responsibly with or without aomeones help. Work, go to school do what u have to do to raise that child. Teach them independence by showing them ur strength to provide and not rely. U will just raise another bill for us taxpayers if u show them to sponge

Request a Writ of Execution. A child support order can be enforced like other court judgments. If the nonpaying parent has assets such as real property, bank accounts, stock, a paid-off car or other property, the property may be seized upon proper application to the court. Get a lawyer. You get what you pay for so get a good lawyer.
