What a bunch of crap to force people into.Another
scam developed by the corporate world and our wonderful
government to bleed the taxpayers of more money just
so they can move there companies out of the country. The
colleges are loving the hell out of this. Making tons
more money to shove into hidden investments while they
raise tuitions. All of the many i knew from TYCO
who took the opportunity to learn new skills and receive
a degree quit those jobs because the pay sucked and they
couldn't continue to try and support there families
without losing everything.
