The state should put spikes in the off ramps so that if a car travels in the wrong direction the tires are punctured and this would help prevent a car from traveling the wrong direction on Interstate roads.

This could also lead to a car, accelerating to freeway speeds, loosing crontrol and the same outcome would happen. Only this time, the state would be at fault. The result I am sure would lead to a law suit that the state would lose and our taxes would increase to help pay.

This women was most likely high as a kite or drunk out of her mind, no signs or spikes would have stopped her. They should lock her up and throw away the key. She has just taken the life of a person who was innocent and now the family must cope with a tragic loss. She is the type of person who dosent learn from her mistakes and this will just happen again. It sure was a good thing she didnt have her child with her. My thoughts and prayers go out to family in their time of need. God bless you.

I worked with Brian, he was a truck driver. We all know if he had been involved in an accident that had taken a life while performing the duties of his job they would have thrown the book at him. He was a great guy. He didn't deserve this by any means. Know he will be greatly missed. RIP Brian

You can't idiot proof everything. There are signs that tell you which way traffic goes. Maybe we should change this culture we have where we groom morons.

The woman traveled for awhile going the wrong way. Several motorists were calling 911 to report her. Ive heard the police were trying to find her to intercept her. Her actions took the life of a beloved father, brother, son, uncle, nephew, and co-worker and affected immeasurably all including her own family. It is a huge tragedy. Hopefully her actions will not be able to take anyone elses life on the roads for a very long time.

How many people already died in Lebanon County this year because they didn't have healthcare insurance ?

We don't keep records on that number.

If you want to go on a healthcare rant do it on a more appropriate forum instead of hijacking this thread.
I believe the topic of this thread centers around the tragic death that took place on 1-81 the other night.
Take your agenda elsewhere.

The woman was drunk. I hope she can never walk again after killing an innocent person.

Rhonda suffered 2 broken ribs, and bruising as a result of the accident. I've been reading daily searching for more updates on what is going on with her on the legal side.

I hope if she is at fault for this, that she is sentenced to the extent of the law. Many things in life are excusable, this isn't one of them.

It's not my place to judge another, but if there is a lesson to be learned, let's all hope she learns it.

This is so tragic. Was something medically wrong with this woman or was she under the influence? I am so sorry for the families involved.
