So now a fellon can just buy time out of jail????
Dam Liberal Judges.

Why did she get a break she stole money commited forgery was a conspericy he husband was a part of this , They should both be in jai for at least 20 years.

Sounds to me like another case of if you have money you can get away with anything, Wonder if any money was exchanged here?

she paid full restitution, I think it was the first offense, that should account for something IMO

So rich people should get lesser sentences for doing the same crimes as poor people.

nope did not say that, Everyone should be treated equal. Could have been a $10 theft from a poor person and if they went to extrodinary lengths to pay it back and paid restitution and if it was a first time offense the sentence should be the same

Poor people have no money to payback restitution, so you feel rich people should get a special deal from the judicial system because they have money.
