Lets see, if they were red, tie them to a tree and shoot blunted arrows at them.

If they were brown, tie them to a fire hydrant and chuck watermelons at them.

But since they are white, send them to their rooms where they can watch their personal televisions, play their respective game systems, text their friends on their respective cell phones, all the while conversing on FB with all their other friends on their respective computers. That'll teach the dirty little beggars!

Seems easy enough,Take away all their electronic
equipment and cell phones o a day, if it occurs again. Next time for a week, Then for a month. They will never let it happen for over one week.

Communication is a big thing for girls. But she s the offender. Right?
