I detests the nazis and what they did but the symbol is part of history. The Jews carry this a little too far. Their's was not the only or the greatest holocost. Religion has alawys caused them . Look what the xtians did to north aand south amercan natives

all true . but when our history shows how cruel . we can be . I would rather not display anything Hitler stood for . he wasn't human nor was his ideals . hate is a terrible thing . and humanity has allowed it too many times .. we don't choose who we are at birth . so for anyone that hates another race of people because of color or what ever . you do not belong on this planet . we the people need to step up and stop hate and racists people . time to act like we are intelligent . species . and not just a bunch of dung Beatles rolling bull crap and hate

I'm with redneck on this one.No need to erase history because you didnt like it.Some people are too fragile to deal with reality.Hitler was an ass wipe, but we need history to remind us to not let this happen again.

If you "would not display anything Hitler stood for" then would also oppose Opera, the Olympics, Movies & Architecture to name a few things he stood for. Or are you only oppose those things you dislike or don't use?. Take your head out of the sand and inform a current generation of errors in the past.

The strength of symbols is nothing to fool with. The Confederate flag is OK at Nascar but not at the NAACP. The cross painted red or black or turned upside down or better yet set on fire is a national attention getter. Burn a Koran and we all pay higher gas prices. Wear a white hood or even a 49ers jacket in Dallas and you can expect to be corrected.
The wonderful part is they add new ones all the time.

What about the Mexican Swastikas in the form of graffiti that permeates neighborhoods shortly after they move in.
The first thing they do is go after adolescents then take over the service industry such as resteraunts and hotels. The only speak spanish to keep there little cliches going and discourage any American kids from working in the business.

I agree with you on one point redneck. Freedom of speech should never be silenced regardless of the vulgarity or obscene subject. I vehemently disagree that Jews are too sensitive on this subject. Being a Jew myself and having family lost through this atrocious act of the "final solution," I feel Jews and any other group who was a part of the holocaust have every right, everyday of every hour to view their opinions as much as they like if it helps cope with the tyranny of nazism.

I moved from Ca. to Missouri and spent about 15 years in Mo. total. They have K.K.K. sponsored highways out there. I met a kid so bent on coverting EVERY person he met it was psychotic. These peope hated blacks (pre 911) the most, and ironically, there weren't any living anywhere near a couple of these small towns I lived in.

I've been in S. Oregon now for over 3 years. I don't get out and about much. I've met 3 white supremisists, Nazi type hippies I guess the best way to describe these people. Sensless prejudice lives everywhere and it must be pointed out directly to those who spew it. I disagree so I say so, to your face.

Not much of a point here I guess except to say censorship of any kind is not American. I can not judge the show or posters in question with out even seeing them. Unless deemed obscene for anyone under 18 to be seen in public I'd say they had every right under U.S. law and in the name of freedom to display them.

The Obama birth cert. issue is used to take our eyes off something worse. Think about it.

Boycott anything you can made by Big Oil, Big Pharma, Monsanto, or others you may think of in order to take away their, OUR dollars and take away the power they weild.

Peace!

I cant help but notice according to general consensus Hitler was the most evil man in History. Did everyone sleep through world history when Joseph Stalin was the topic of discussion? Stalin was far more evil and caused more death and rape than Hitler even dreamed.

if you don't like the display of symbols of cruel, murderous governments, then cut down the american flag. it was flown at the massacres of thousands of american indians.
