USPS/IRS Health Care
Of those "50 million," that lack insurance there were 45,000 who died without health care. With health care, 98,000 died FROM health care because of malpractice.
The question is do we want to trust that largest corporation in the world, the U.S. Government.
Do not expect house calls anytime soon.
We have seen how well the government delivers on its promises and its bureaucracies pursue the money without giving us benefits on so many levels. Imagine another organ of the government that only ultimately must listen to the Secretary of the Treasury - another "service" of which is the IRS.

I have listed a connection to the HR3962, a few videos, two summaries, and the new taxes coming from this health care "reform" on my blog listed above for detailed information.

there so no such thing as a merger, just a buy out one corp. buying out another, best examples banks
pinnaclehealth must have money problems or they wouldn't be looking for new blood ( ha ha # when pinnacle # hbg hosp.) bought out poly hosp.uptown also in hbg. it was closed. everything moved to hbg hosp. downtown it left no hosp. uptown. it elimated the competition which meant pay our price or else, go to osthopatic hosp. in colonial park or holy spirit in camp hill. couple of years later they bought osthopatic hosp. holy spirit has made it on its own ever since thank god.
now i see why memorial wants to move to get away from this big mess

This is fueled more by market share and money than any of the idealistic principles listed in the article like coordination of care and treating the aging population. Just because the physicians are all under one roof does not mean the care is any better or more coordinated - just more controlled. Hospitals make money on procedures, imaging and things like lab services. The more employed physicians they have, the more money they can capture, and at higher rates. It's one of the problems with our healthcare system, instead of better care, you just get more care. So instead of a capable primary physician being able to take care of a person's heart disease and diabetes, now you have the primary physician, a cardiologist and an endocrinologist all managing the same patient, with likely no measurable improvement in care, but a significantly increased cost.
Wellspan just became a level one Trauma center - they want all of that business that Pinnacle sees now and sends to Hershey, to come to York Hospital instead.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Capricorn

Someone is in a finger-wagging mood and unfortunately they seem to be concentrating on you! Maybe they think you've fallen from grace for some reason, or perhaps you're simply the only person who happens to be around when they feel like letting off steam. Do your best not to fall into an equally critical and disgruntled mood, because it will soon make you feel wretched.
