That and from what I have read that house was sort of a party house... Alcohol and drugs do nothing but melt your mind and put your guard down... Avoid booze and bad habits, stay alive...

That being said this guy sounds like a real piece of shit. Don't waste my tax dollars on him please! Just take him out back behind the wood shed and cap his sorry ass.

Hopefully this is the right guy and that the police are not just grabbing at straws. The police are under a lot of pressure to solve these horrific murders and I just hope and pray that they have the right person. If they are just basing it on the fact that he lived next door many years ago, that seems pretty slim. I agree that more info is need to convince me that they have the right person and that the real murderer is not still out there.
I'm QUITE sure that the police are not ONLY basing it on the fact that Troy lived next to the Zimmers many years ago. The police ARE NOT going to tell us everything. We need to sit back and wait!! The police have a job to do, and if they told us EVERYTHING it would make their job ALOT harder.

YOU can play with your LOGIC as much as you want, most of us rely on FACTS.
IS THERE STILL SOMEONE IN THE AREA RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS? NO FACTS RELEASED TYING HIM TO THE SCENE AT THIS POINT.
Ooh, and the Police are never wrong? PLLeeaassee!
COnsider- My boyfriend bought a house within 3 miles from the Zimmer home. I basically live there as well. I understand about the not feeling safe part, but I am QUITE sure that they have more facts and proof then what the public is being told. They cant TELL the public everything!! It will only make their job harder!! I understand that police can be wrong, and maybe that is another reason they arent throwing facts out there. They are continuing their investigation, and obviously have enough evidence to "NAME" him as a suspect. We will need to wait and see!! In the meantime, keep your doors locked and know whats going on around your home as much as possible.

BUT...there are no FACTS stated putting Brake at the scene of the Murders and Fire. Just because he used to live in the area?
How are the Police so sure?
Need more info please...
Police don't tell everyone what they've got against someone for a reason. Often times the suspect will inadvertently tell things that only the killer would know. BUT if every little fact is put out there in the media, everyone knows. These are called hidden case facts.

Consider - let me help you with a little word we call "Logic". Let's say it together. "Looooo-gic". Good job. Logic tells us that he wouldn't be CHARGED with a crime like this if there were no facts putting him at the scene. The police don't have to tell us everthing they know - just the court. Take a moment to relax and wait for the trial. That's where, in America, the prosecution presents all evidence. In COURT. Notice how that's different from the idea that the posecution must present all evidence to the MEDIA so that YOU have something to read.

Wow Koda - sounds like you're the one who needs the decaf. you're not really a nice person. Seems like hiding behind a computer makes you all big and powerful to be mean to others......maybe you should lay off sugar too.

Not only pay special attention to what is going around your home, but please look out for your neighbors as well. You never know when you might see something that may stop or solve a crime.

The police recovered a firearm from him, and I'd have to assume that it has been tested and compared to the one used on the victims. Just can't believe a guy would snap like this and do so much crazy stuff in a month's time after apparently never being in much trouble. Must be some serious mental issues.

Studies have consistently shown it is less expensive to house a convict for life than to sentence a convict to the death penalty. Costs include seemingly endless appeals, trial costs, expert witnesses, removal from the general prison population, etc.

How can you ask that? The law inforcement doesn't have anything to do with these crimes. Are they suppose to read people's minds? How in the heck would they know this guy was going to break into this person's home and murder them. How could they protect them?

It will only be a matter of time before this guy is charged. It is hard to believe though that he did not have help or someone else did not know about this? This guy has to be involved with drugs! Being at a hooker corner at 2am is not a nice "Family Guy". This guy obviously had issues! Hookers and drugs always go together! I say let the cops beat the guy tell he talks!!!
