Andy can I have my bullet??
What if this guy was a psycho killer and carjacked the next family's car passing by? Your family's car! This can not be allowed to happen. In cop school, this goes under the category of "if you remember just one thing......."
I am not a cop basher; but this is a major screw-up and needs to be a lesson and an example.
It's hard enough to catch the bad guys, let's hold on to them when we do. As citizens of this county we deserve better.
