Has anyone tried this weight loss program? If so did you stick with it and did it work? Did you order it off line, if so what site did you order it from? Is there anywhere I can order it in person?(Don't like to order to much off of the internet)

Please no criticism, looking for honest respectful feedback!

I've heard of people losing weight on this you can get it at most local chiropractors. But also your on a 500 cal diet.

I did and lost about 10lbs in alittle of 2 weeks.I am now on just a low calorie diet and have not gained anything back.If you send me your email I will send you a list of what I ate and when .I will also find out where my friend ordered the HCG from.I bought it from her.It gave her a headache so she didn't do the diet.My daughter's friends lost a pound a day. Their parents have lost over 50lbs each on it.

I did it and lost over 10 lbs the first week. My own personal opinion - don't waste your money on the drops, they do nothing for you. You are on a 500/cal/a day diet and being on such a low cal diet is why you're losing the weight has nothing to do with the drops. I think it's all in your mind. I went to a Chiro in G.C. and it's all a bunch of crap - if you go on a low cal diet, you will lose weight and keep it off. I know someone that has done it with the drops and lost over 70 lbs, but has put back on 15+ because she can't maintain 500/cal/a day. It's really not a realistic diet - it's a great starter, but not a long term kind of diet. I think if you go low cal you will do just fine. Hope this helps!

I lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks, however I could only maintain the 500 calorie a day diet for the first two weeks. I still take the drops, but I eat more than suggested on diet which is still alot less than I use to eat. I've maintained my weight (almost a full month since starting diet), I haven't lost anymore pounds but my clothes are all getting loose!

PLEASE be sure to add vitamins to your diet! My friends, who always try the new diet crazes get crabby, tired, and just sick looking everytime they diet. You should consult your doctor any time your going to change your matabolism. please

I think the trick to staying on the plan is all about the food. Let someone else prepare the meals so that it tastes good, is convenient, and you stay out of tempting grocery stores and restaurants. Google Feed Your Vitality, they are in Saint Louis but deliver all over. I know they deliver to Granite City anyway.

I am on my Second round of this diet now. Lost over 30 pounds the first round. I have lost over 13 pounds in less than 2 weeks so far. The diet works IF you do it all right. Ignore the person that told you the drops do nothing and to go on a 500 calorie diet. Anyone that knows anything about nutrition would tell you that a 500 calorie diet by itself is not only dangerous, but also throws your body into starvation mode and as soon as you stop it will not only make you gain all the weight back but also add extra weight. The HCG takes your stored fat and uses the fat as a source of nutrition your body needs while you are on the 500 calorie diet. I know 2 people that ordered them online and had some problems. I purchased mine from Pounds and Inches Away. Those supressed my appetite and had minerals your body needs that the online HCG did not have. I do NOT recommend the store on Fairview. They have raised their price to $200 for a 40 day supply. There are stores in Fenton and somewhere on Lindbergh that sell it for $125. The important thing is to do your homework! It is important you do the six weeks of maintenance correctly. If not, you WILL gain the weight back.

I've done it before and it definitely works. I didn't go through a chiropractor though I just bought the drops at GNC. Other people were saying that you didn't need the drops because of the 500 calorie diet, but that's not true. The drops actually help you stay healthy on the low amount of calories. They basically turn your stored fat into nutrients.

Congratulations to all those who have had success with their diets. I don't worry so much about what I eat, as I do about what I say.

Don't go to brasfield, rumor has it they have no money and they are desperately bringing in weight loss patients, selling them weight loss packages and not providing the services promised. Be careful, the practice is going under!!!!!

You are right, it does work, the HCG burns the stored fat along with the 500 calories you lose weight. The most important part of the ,plan is the 6 week maintenance, this gives you a new set point with your metabolism and that is how you keep it off. I have lost 26 lbs. It also targets those areas that other diets do not, it reshapes you.

Don't do it... I did the 40 day one and lost about 50 pounds... It causes hair loss and changes your hair texture... Plus the weight DOES come back and then some. If you don't maintain the 500 calorie diet all of it comes back. I lost globs of hair. It was nasty your best bet would be to join a gym or something.

I lost 40lbs in 6 wks. could not maintain. no bread, sugar, potato. gained most of it back. ordered it online. hcgultra.com must take vitamins. 3500 calories is one pound. that is all you can have in a week. 1/3 of what you should have.

stop drinking soda, no fast food or fried food, no carbs after lunch, do some kind of exercise you will loose weight, safely.
