i know that snitch bitch joey hays either knew or gave that poor young mother them drugs its a very sad thing, and i feel very sorry for them kids of his "actual mom in G.C." sounds like ur close to him and maybe u need to do them kids a favor and call dcfs on him. everytime i see them kids they are filthy. i didnt know Alicia very well though i have talked to her a few times and she seemed to be a very nice person and totally devoted to her beautiful little girl however i could never quite figure out why she would be with some one like joey! i no joey very well and if theres one person in this world that should not be able to breathe, its him! hes a waste of skin and bones. hes a bitch, will never mount to being anything more. i just wish these girls that get involved with him would wake up and realize they deserve better than him. hes a shitty person and a worse father to his kids. my prayers go out for alicia and her family. joey will get his....

it is always sad when someone dies because they were taking drugs, this girl was a mother?I am sorry for the kids left behind.Why was no one helping this girl off a bad habit,anyone doing drugs should not be allowed to have kids,they should be taken away,this girl had a choice not to do drugs.A great mom puts their kids BEFORE DRUGS.

Alicia was a good mom, and a good person. Kate, I'm not saying you don't have a point, you do, but you don't know the full situation. Alicia's daughter was well taken care of. Even in Alicia's time of faults and mistakes, her daughter, Destinee, was taken care of by many friends, family, and other responsible parties. Destinee's father as well as Alicia's intermediate family made sure of that. To this day, I have no doubt that Destinee will be taken care of. She will be loved, and she will be constantly reminded of how wonderful her mother was.

It's sad to see that this forum is focusing more on Joey Hayes than it is on Alicia. Whatever role he has played in her unfortunate death is still to be determined.

Doing drugs and being apart of that world is a sad situation. However, there is always a reason for it. The only person who really knows why Alicia took those drugs has been taken away from us, Alicia herself.

Regardless of her past decisions, she will be forever missed in the future. I loved her with all my heart, I've known her since Kindergarden, and she will always be my best friend.
