You know, I've tried gyms in the past...too crowded, no one on one attention and probably my biggest problem no accountability. With 09 just starting, I've decided on finding a personal trainer.
Now I'm not wanting to end up looking like the HULK, but I sure would like to trade in my Keg for a "six pack" Any ideas??

I am a personal training and would be open to helping you out. I am located in Elk Grove though so not sure if you are looking for someone to show you the ropes or are looking for a long term service? You can reach me at [email protected] if you are interested in talking.
