he was shot once in the leg and warned to stay down....after he got back up and went for the guy he was shot again but this time it was fatal.

in my opinion he should have gotten the point on the first shot and stayed on the ground...
and on my second apinion because i knew the guy who was shot im actually surprised it didnt happen earlier with one of the other roberies or vandalism he had committed.

A known theif and gangster who also robs houses, businesses and tries to extort money from large corperations like CNN and other news media.
Tries to blame others for his actions.
A real psychotic episode of a poor excuse for a human being
