super market tabloid headline ... nope, just the truth.

neither executive, legislative or judicial leadership are remotely low-income. they are among the wealthiest people in the country.

ironic isn't it that this group of egocentric malcontents is ordering the lives of the rest of america.

but look at washington, jefferson, madison, etc., all landed gentry and men of means.

so i guess you could say it's all just continuing with a good old american tradition.

but let's not call it patriotism, when it's really paternalism.

Or could it be that, just perhaps, those that graduated from high school, college, got a second degree (MBA, Law, etc.) and have been successful are just a little smarter than the 70% that didn't? And we the people would rather elect someone who can read and write in cursive than someone who can't make change without using a machine.

whoa there FL, you're talking through your sheepskin. you made my point, e.g., most of america are being herded not led because most of american can't read or write regardless of how they matriculated.

Yea, when a HS Senior with a 3.0+ average can't read/write in cursive that's a good sign we have serious problems with our education system.

I would also offer up that most of the country can't think and process information in order to arrive at real consequences and alternatives. The masses make American Idol decisions - I vote for what feels good, sounds good, looks good and I'll care more about stuff that has no real consequences and ignore the stuff that matters.
