So Hall agreed not to appeal? Kline liked that most of all. But I doubt if that deal would stand up if Hall wanted to appeal. So he was so afraid to die he was convinced to take Kline's no appeal deal? But what if there were others involved and Hall's part was less than he said it was but he is protecting someone or any of the millions of the might have been combinations of circumstances? Where is the word for word confession posted? Did he really think Kelsey was a 12 year old or was that added in to inflame the public so we won't ask questions? He did drive in soon after Kelsey was she a target? To many unanswered questions here.

I don't understand the part that he thought she was 12 years old - that she had her car keys and was putting packages in her car made it very obvious she was old enough to drive. Confusing.

There is FINALLY someone out there that is as confused ... bewilder than I .... this entire thing, I have SO MANY questions
I Must say that I NEVER heard the 12 year old "theory" ....
I am with you ToTo
"Were is the written Confession"?
"Were is the written Evidence"?
Kline was up for re-election, and I believe he some how scared "Jack" to death that if they went to trail ... he would die .... the courts, refusal, or whether "Jack" lawyers even requested a change of venue ... he most certainly would get the death penally ...
I just don't understand, how he was able to get her in the car, without ANYONE noticing ... drive her out of the parking lot .... NO ONE noticing ... this all happened @ a VERY Populated Mall in Broad daylight .... they say it was a random act .... I could go on ... and ... on
My Biggest concern is that they got the WRONG guy and the REAL Derange sicko is still out there

there was another murder in the area inwhich the body was burned and the sticks striped of bark laid on Kelsey looked like the killers were planning to burn Kelsey's body also. The plea deal stopped all offical investigation. Why would Kline want to make such a deal especilly after Kelsey's dna was discovered on one of the murders fly?
