A northwest Missouri man draws a 22-year sentence in federal prison for a loan scheme that defrauded investors around the country, including a church in Las Vegas.
Well, I can't believe it! But, he still didn't pay for the crime he committed in Texas with his "Freedom 2000" scheme. Those people need restitution too!
