Itasca County hospice volunteer resists flu shot: Essentia stands by its mandate

A hospice volunteer in Itasca County may lose her role because she's unwilling to comply with Essentia Health's mandatory flu shot policy. "I'm pretty dedicated to this work, and I don't want to have a flu vaccine," said Noreen Hautala, 58, who lives near Cohasset and has been a hospice volunteer for close to 10 years.

Let her be!
She has rights as a contiencious objector.
She should not be forced to get any shots.
They are risky and not proven effective.
This is bullying!
