Numbers are color blind? Really? Then why is it relevant that we are either in the black or in the red?

And your dishonesty is shouting loud and clear once more. IF you choose to believe it is Obama's fault for our employment not being where it should be he hasn't "created" jobs, honest and integrity dictates you MUST, by that criteria, place the blame on George W. Bush for the massive hemorrhaging of jobs, business failures and exportation during his 8 years as president.

It is clear you choose to be ignorant, which is the definition of stupid, choosing to remain ignorant, by not reading this when I posted it, and/or refusing to acknowledge it when you did.

Racism? Oh please. Then by the evidence the right has been racist against Obama from the time he was nominated to run for president and expanded at the time he was elected and on a growth hormone since.

They're like some kind of new breed of vampires. When they see the truth and/or the "light" they cover their eyes in excruciating pain and scurry back into the darkness.

It seems to me that you carry a lot of social theories around and may not have real world practical experience about how and what business is.... Since when is disagreement with Obama on policies racist...... The man has no one from the business community on his Cabinet.... He has no business experience as he spent his time telling his Chicago neighbors how bad American Companies are bad...... Even small business owners are targeted for higher taxes because the perception that an arbitrary number of $250,000 is suppose to be wealthy when it is not..... What you need to do is go back to what ever institution you taught at and spew your drivel to impressionable youngsters..... They will change their minds when they leave your class and start on their own struggles to get ahead only to have the govt taking money out of their pocket and waste it on non-productive programs while watching useful developments from the defense industry get choked out..... I bet you have a microwave oven in your home..... Thank NASA.... I do every day.

God Batch you are SERIOUSLY disconnected. Obama has no one on his cabinet with business experience? Another half truth meant to deceive. Maybe not on his cabinet but; "But then there’s Jeff Immelt, GE’s current CEO and Welch’s successor. Immelt has led GE since 2001 and is head of Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness."
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2012/10/...
Try reading, and understanding the whole article so there 's some very remote chance you'll understand SOMETHING.

Thank NASA? and you do every day? Holly crap flapman. Here I thought you were four square AGAINST "all that government spending". You can thank NASA also for the calculator developed for the space program. Plus so many other innovations that BUSINESS HAD NO PART IN DEVELOPING but was right there to snag the information and product development information to make profits from. How could they do that? Because WHATEVER the over-spending wasteful government researches and develops, by law, CAN NOT be patented and/or copyrighted. And MUST be available to the general public, except in cases involving national security.

And how did an icon of yours, GE, get to be so big? They have been involved in government contracts for DECADES. Gleaning all that government paid for innovation and transferring, where possible, to their consumer divisions.

And just where the hell do you think all those marvels of consumer product development and innovation got paid for from that you thank NASA for every day come from? Taking money out of all those pockets you are SO bent on protecting.

And why has NASA been basically shut down? Because of whiners and belly achers just like you.

You are one SERIOUSLY screwed up individual. Seriously get some psychotherapy attention.

American Axle in Three Rivers MI announces they are taking on 200-300 new employees by summers end. A plan two years in the making. According to TV news.

Other reports say 500 (new jobs).

Imagine that. With Obama ruining the economy and all. And with the horror of Obamacare looming.

A union shop too. Huh.

Interesting, it said nothing about Obama taking credit in this article, I'm sure he will as soon as he finds out about it. If you remember AA almost had to close it's doors to get the union to make wage cuts and now they are creating jobs.

Imagine how good it would be if Keystone wasn't rejected, and odumbass care wasn't passed.

YOU want honesty? YOU? Now that is tragically funny. You wouldn't recognize honesty when you see it. You don't have the right to expect honesty and integrity from others when you don't have any yourself.
You can only spell integrity because you certainly don't recognize it or even know what it is. Too bad too, since I once thought I could learn from you. Then I realized that I went to school with snobs like you and the only thing I learned was I didn't want to be like you. Thank heavens my parents provided the role models for me that I needed. It helped me realize I didn't want to be like you, ever.

By YOUR OWN criteria that lies squarely on the shoulders of G.W. Bush and your idols in the corporate world. You're just too much of a sociopath to recognize it. And that in itself is one of the indicators of being a sociopath.

"Left the workforce"? or lost their jobs? It does make a difference.

The former indicates as long as Obama is president they just refused to go to work any more. The latter indicating the employers they worked for let them go...likely against their will.

I'm thinking you meant lost their jobs.

It would seem there has been an error. During Bush there were more jobs lost than recovered. During Obama close to a dead-heat between jobs lost and subsequently recovered. During Bush there was a 856,000 jobs deficit, while during Obama a 261,000 jobs deficit. To my math that exceeds just over 1/2Million jobs against Bush.
http://money.cnn.com/2012/09/18/news/economy/...

And in the chart linked Obama still regained more jobs in his first year in office than Bush lost in his eight years.

Wow, my Mom was correct. Figures don't like, liars figure.

Since SIB has been a lawyer, a professor, AND an economist, perhaps she can provide the links showing how many times the labor figures were "revised" under Bush? Was it every single time period? How many times did the Labor Department revised those numbers up?

Yes, I am calling Obama's Labor Department a liar.
