The only reason for that law was so that donated parts not be wasted. By attempting to put too big of organs into too small of a body resulting in failure. The technology has changed and the laws have not kept up with the technology. Doctors should make the decisions not politicians. Doctors said they could do it. There is no legit reason for this law to stay the way it is if the doctors can prove the technology is here. This girl will die if she does not get the lungs. Let it be because of the wait if it happens not because of the politics. That would be inhuman if it were because of politics.

You don't want Fed help, but chortle when a Fed judge gets involved...... It's no wonder the bagger movement is so lost!

That is the straight forward truth. I didn't dance around the point. The body parts would not work. The result would be the body part would be discarded the person it went to would likely die. The technology was not good enough to make it work. The regulation just needs to be updated with the technology. I myself am not saying it was a bad regulation, it just needs to be updated. People have been needlessly dying because it has not been updated.

What's even better is the protocol that all the baggers are screaming about was written when that other guy was president back in 2005.

(y) There's alot of crap still going on from when that other guy was in office. These crackers on here are either too stupid now or were too young back then to be able to connect all the dots.

You libs are the confused ones.

Federal should be available if ASKED FOR, NOT FORCED UPON US - which it generally is and usually without consent or notice.

Get a clue idiot.
