You mean like giving free drivers licenses to illegals, most of which have never driven anything but a burro a day in their lives and are not subject to the same drivers training and rules as the rest of us?

Bike riders in Traverse who ride in packs on Garfield and ride in the car lanes just waiting to get killed...... This morning was full of these ecoterrorists...

The campaign runs from July thru November so the rest of the year the state does not give a rip. I agree Blue they need to spend some money to get some money. I have no faith in government of any kind.
