However, as someone who cares for him I would hope that people can show some respect in what they say at this time being that he does have a problem, a family and a support group who only has hope in there hearts for him to get better and not make the same mistakes. These comments will go unread by mike himself I can assure you of that. The people who will be effected by our "entitled opinions" are the innocent friends and family who are sad for the mistakes he has made. Although mike has hurt people, when someone is addicted to something and has a genuine problem it makes the dynamic of what is happening somewhat different for those who care about him. I know its hard to have empathy for someone whom you don't respect and as I said your entitled but please try to be respectfull of the family members who are reading this and have done nothing wrong to any of you. Thankfully we have the press to report half the truth to all of you, making it so easy to hate people we hardly know! Calling his girlfriend a skank is a pathetic low blow! Do you laugh in the face of all sad people or just the ones you have been jelous of? I said my peace so comment back all you want. Mike has friends and so does Stacey whether you all like it or not!
Blah, blah, blah. He ripped people off, he has caused problems for banks. He has cost the taxpayers who knows how many thousands of dollars with his alleged addiction.

He's nothing more than a crook, just like Kwame. If you're such a good friend, why didn't you turn him in to the authorities to get him help?

the guy is a fricken theif...he screwed a pile of people and now he is going to some of whats coming to him...he's the worst kind of criminal...he used trust to rip off his victims, yes victims...unsuspecting people that he lied to so he could steal from them.. doesnt matter if it was a bank or a person..so respect is a mute point at this time as he couldnt respect himself enough to live within his means and the people that are his family and friends will just have to live it...criminals dont seem to understand that their actions influence everyone they come in contact with.....

Wow...hit me pretty hard there Rachelmm.

I read in the press that Jett was involved with Mike in the Chicago scam. I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I did not say that Mike victimized Jett, but rather, if we consider Mike a victim of circumstance shouldn't we give the same benefit of the doubt to Jett ? I do not believe that either man is a victim...I believe that they acted with intent to steal from people and businesses that trusted them.

Not sure why you hate "Jett" with all the hate you have-He kinda seems like Mike...someone caught up in grabbing as much as he can from whoever he can-and like it or not, the folks they ripped off are "victims" by most definitions.

I'm not sure why you attacked me with so much venom but I guess forums offer people a place to vent and it worked well for you.

And sociopathic people have no empathy for others? I guess since la la land has already been used I will just ask you why you feel it should be his innocent family that should lives with pain and not the people who's "trust" he abused?

Four kids are killed in a drunk driving accident. Two of them in one car Two in the other. One of Four is drunk. The cars collide. All For ppl are killed. do you feel less bad for the family of the drunk driver or just feel awful for all those that suffer from the loss?

Mike played unfair I know. I dont condone what he has done but I will always have emathy for those who have problems and will with no doubt feel equal sympathy for all who feel sad by the mistakes he has made. Although my analogy is harsh, having something taken from you with no fault of your own is upsetting in any form. How can ppl be so evil to actually out-way who should feel a greater loss and who just needs to "deal with it".

I should not have been so harsh. I have no problem admitting when Im wrong and I do apologize for any disrespect wrote in responce to your blog. I feel the need to be defensive for mike right now being that these things are being said about him and not to him. Mike has yet to be charged with anything and sometimes things arent always as they seem!! people jump at the first chance they get to hate a person with a pre painted picture and no thought to what could perhaps be an all together "different picture. Again, I apologize for any disrespect.

Give me a chance and I will say these things TO him face to face, man to man. My pre-painted picture shows that he did the same thing in Michigan and got away with it. He thinks he's invincible. NOT!!

A crime is a crime and a crook is a crook. He came from a good family and chose to do the things he has done. Don't make excuses for him. His actions are non defensible. Lock him up and make him repay every nickel he has robbed from his victims. See if he can earn money the old fashioned way...by earning it. I doubt it.

Rachel you must be kidding (and must be young) to be this nieve
As one of the people who worked for Mike a couple of years ago (only for a few months)and saw first hand his dirty dealings,(Yes he owes me money as well) and since have seen what he has done to many people and businesses in the area you have no clue and there is no dought of his bad behavior
He deserves the same respect he gave to those he stole from then went on to live the high life
NONE
I have said it before his parents are good people and I don't think they have any responsability for this 30 year old man who has been fleeseing many people and Banks for years
Do some reserch you will see how far back this clown has been acting badley This is not new go back 4 or 5 years and you will see this has been going on a long time and he should have been in prison with BUBBA a long time ago
Rachel my guess is you are one of his young followers that he charmed his way into your heart
dont walk away from him RUNNNNN!!!!!!!!

Who brought family into this? I didn't. I'm only referring to the scumbag that committed the crimes and the got away with it. Still didn't learn so he did it again. Obviously he hasn't learned and needs some prison time.

And yes, I can bitch, because it is my tax money spent investigating this piece of trash and then not prosecuting him.

If by slamming you mean admitting my dislike for him then sure. They both have GREAT families and I would never want to be the cause of anyones pain!

My point in saying that was this, people should be considerate of the people who read this that feel the same loss as the people they took from do. Both parties had something taken from them with no fault of there own.

Life is so short and in my opinion, and better lived simple.

Blah Blah Blah with the tax money! Paying taxes for law enforcment has absolutly nothing to do with Mike Vorce or James Jett! Your taxes didnt go up in 2007 for the investigation! and they wont go up in 2008 because of it either. relax.....

News said last night that the two dirt bags are not going to be let out of jail(yet)

The longer he sits there the better because I am sure once he is out the scheming will begin on how to do the next set of dirty deeds

If they get sent to prison it is my fear they will go to some white collar crime institute

They need to go to general population in a regular prison with any other BANK ROBBER because that is what they are! Maybe they will get a real nice freindly cell mate :)

Im an back in this.

Murder? What the? I can't believe its come to this.

Mike has pulled some really bad moves. Our society should have checks that stop these kind of things. It worked, he got busted. But comparing this to murder with children. You must be out of your mind. Yes trust was betrayed but murder. Jeez......

I still call Mike Vorce my friend. You all may call me a fool but he saved my life once and never asked me for anything in return. For all you bloggers that say I'm one of those people that was in his "back pocket" you are wrong. Wrong as what he has done.

What is this murder stuff? Quit saying anything like that about him...That is sick and wrong. Stop saying that kind of thing......

Don't listen to Len Westdale, he's one of Mike's "Crew members." I've known Mike and his family since college. His family and his brother are good people. They aren't responsible for Mike losing his mind, but he has lost it. First time, shame on you, second time, shame on us. He has made one too many mistakes and needs to pay for his crimes. Yes, CRIMES he has committed. I'm pretty sure if I walked into a bank and robbed them of any money, much less the MILLIONS MIke did I would already be in jail. Get over it Len, he's a scum bag, end of story.
I am not one of his "crew members" You dont know me, nor will you ever, thank god. I'm just a guy that was in trouble ( not money ) and Mike saved my fricking life. don't even try to comment on me as I will not on you. Im not going to get over it. I like Mike Vorce. I always will, forever and ever. Say what you want about me. I would never say anything about you. I dont know you.
