Enough Haiti Coverage!!!

Ok I get it, a horrible earthquake happened in a country that is extremely poor and has no hope. It happens! Why is our local news, and not just WoodTV 8, covering it so much? I dont need useless info rammed into my ears! It happened, i heard about it, ENOUGH! WoodTV 8 just led off their noon newscast with the first full 7 minutes dedicated to this crap!

Guess he's going to have the tresury print some more $$, huh? I'm starting to wonder if el presidente really thinks that the solution to the financial crisis is to just print more money whether we have anything to back up the worth of that paper or not.

They put it on the newscast because they consider it news. Your tv has an off button and a channel change thingy on your remote that would take you to a channel that has whatever flavor of mindless drivel you prefer.

If your not happy in this country - LEAVE - I'll help you pack! Why don't you go to Haiti & become a part of the rescue effort? You being a volunteer will save our country money & I think it'd be good for you to do something constructive with your life other than sitting around all day bit chin about 7 or 8 minutes of TV coverage. No doubt the news outlets go a little overboard with the coverage. But like someone said you can turn the channel or turn it off. I did. Read a little, surfed a bit, sure do like the looks of the 2010 Honda Shadow RS. I know its only a 750 but its all I need. Now its time for bed. 10:53 pm
