If you had read my post you would have seen that I DID indeed include not only Bush's involvement but the name of one of the key authors of the PATRIOT Act. I also clearly explained and cited articles showing the it was Obama's decision to extend it, and his quotes prove he supports the PATRIOT Act, therefore your typical liberal "blame Bush" tactic won't work here. Not that it stopped you from trying.
You'll duck out alright, like a little coward, and wait obediently while Obama's spin doctors create the next round of talking points to try and deflect any blame from the administration of corruption.
Talk about not reading someone's post...or maybe you only see key words and then start shooting off your mouth with false accusations.
I in no way specifically blamed Bush for anything. I said, we will probably never know to what extent this type of thing was done during his term as well as Obama and/or future Presidents.
The blame for this should fall equally on all who helped to write the law and allow it to be mis-used...democrap or republicant.

Ducking from the bullshit you and others sling around is not the act of a coward...it's common sense.
Accusing me of something that is not true to deflect your ignorance and hate makes you the coward.

There ya go, idiot. I did your homework for you because you're too lazy to do it yourself. It took all of 5 seconds to find an example.

Bush took plenty of heat from conservatives for the PATRIOT Act while he was in office. It doesn't fit your window-licking progressive narrative therefore you refuse to admit it of course, but the facts are there.

I'm not the one who pretended to be a Latino, Bob. The only liar here is the pasty white mug you'd see if you looked in a mirror. That is if you're not too lazy to get up off your fat butt and do so.

Liberals are so lazy!

[...In 2008, Congress passed the FISA Amendments Act, which did authorize dragnet surveillance programs. But a key part of the government’s argument for that law, and its renewal last year, was that the government would only “target” overseas individuals. Here, the NSA is seeking records from everyone, even if they’ve never made an international phone call...]

Obama owns this Nixon-style spying of American citizens. He renewed the PATRIOT Act. Under his presidency the NSA targeted hundreds of millions fof law-abiding American citizens not suspected of terrorist ties. Under his presidency our fourth amendment rights are being violated.

Let the impeachment proceedings begin.

Obama criticized the PATRIOT Act in 2005:
“This is legislation that puts our own Justice Department above the law. When National Security Letters are issued, they allow federal agents to conduct any search on any American, no matter how extensive or wide-ranging, without ever going before a judge to prove that the search is necessary.”

Furthermore, candidate Obama often criticized Bush's struggle between privacy and security as a "false choice" - his words - implying that there's no alternative to Americans' privacy being protected.

You liberals voted for Obama because of stances like this one. He was the "anti-Bush", looking out for we the people, promising to protect our rights.

As president he extended The PATRIOT Act. "It's an important tool for us to continue dealing with an ongoing terrorist threat," Obama said
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/05/27/patr...

This week President Obama announced:“You can’t have 100 percent security and also have 100 percent privacy and zero inconvenience,” he continued.“We’re going to have to make some choices as a society."
http://townhall.com/tipsheet/guybenson/2013/0...

So, what happened to Obama's stance on privacy vs security being a "false choice? Oh, right ... as "SeenItBefore" stated, Obama is just naive and uninformed, right?

You Obama fans elected him - twice - and did little victory laps all over this site. Congrats! You just reelected everything you claimed you hated in GW Bush to a fourth term as president.

Willing to admit it yet??

I am going to change a little of what I write I trust our government the way it was formed over two hundred years ago, what I don't trust are the people who have tried to fundamentally change our government it all started with George Bush 1 when he said "New world order" since then we have seen the change in how we the people are treated with no respect. I don't care who is president wrong is wrong and the collection of data on individuals is wrong. Now these weasels who are I guess in charge have decided that this is what we want, of course we don't and then there are those people on both sides who will say if you have nothing to hide why would you not want the government to check up on you me or everyone after all its all about keeping us safe right? Of course that is a false premise. Seems like some of you will give up one false sense of security for another and another.

By the way anyone see the video of Nancy Peloser defending Obamacare if I would have been a reporter in that room my question have been.

Ms Speaker do you find it difficult to talk you cant even complete a sentence you are making absolutely no sense are you on drugs or drunk because your previous answer made was the biggest bunch of BS I have ever heard?

Nope, they won't admit it Oneal. They will continue to spin in circles while chanting, "It's Bush' fault" until they can't speak anymore. The links you posted are the FACTS that progressives just love to ignore.

What were they before the crash Blue? Try a little perspective for a change. And NO, it's not Obama's fault, but it's not to his credit either. Actually, there are a lot of economists that are saying it is artificial, but you don't believe anyone but Obama, BBC, and perhaps Bloomberg. Of course, the Palm Beach Gazette might have some financial news in it as well.

Three replys to your comment from folks with an obvious political affiliation. One blames Obama, one doesn't, and the other stutters.

The disarray is destroying them, one mixed up vote at a time.

Especially since they have previously had huge problems, even remembering the recession, 2008....Bush...Bush who?.....lol...HOME PRICES RISE 12% FROM 2012...(AP).6-5-13...APRIL JUMP IS THE BIGGEST SINCE FEBRUARY 2006....Real estate data provider CoreLogic say's prices rose in April from the previous April in 48 states. Prices also rose 3.2 percent in April from March, much better than the previous month to month gain of 1.9 percent....More people are looking to purchase homes. But the number of homes for sale is down 14% from a year ago. The supply shortage has contributed to the price increases....Rising house prices can help sustain the housing recovery. They encourage more homeowners to sell. And they spur people to buy before prices increase further....Home sales and prices began to recover last year, six years after the housing bust. THEY HAVE BEEN BOUYED BY STEADY JOB GAINS AND LOW MORTGAGE RATES......FACTS OVER FOX.....
