Free stinker:

You could give a crap less about abortion. You're all about spewing your phoney right wing propaganda again. I'm not buying your b.s.

You want to claim abhorrence then hang a sign outside on your shack to letting everyone know how much you want these unwanted babies left on your door steps to raise. Do this or shut the f up because you're a broken record.

Talk about ignorant! Those numbers are soley medically induced abortions, not spontaneous miscarriages and very few are performed to save the mother's life. The number one reason given for wanting an abortion is that the pregnancy is 'incovenient'. Yup...that's a great reason to kill a baby.
You want to dispute those numbers? Put up a link that says otherwise.
You put up a link -- a credible and verifiable link -- or just shut the f up. the vast number of these abortions may be for convenience but they sure as hell aren't full term "babies" ... if anything they are no where close to being fully formed, functioning human beings. Bark and howl at the moon some more you delusional P-O-S. Put up your sign and take these unwanted babies who are BORN and raise them if your faked abhorrence means anything.

What an ignorant piece of crap you are. Apparently you haven't seen the recent studies that were released on when the fetal heartbeat begins? Try 3 weeks after conception. Of course, you and your fellow progressives don't really care about that since it is soooo much easier to run around screaming the sky is falling over fake numbers for guns. The only one howling at the moon is you pipester.

Pippy is stuck on stupid. He can't refute the facts that are clearly verified about the number of abortions in America and he's frantically trying to cover them up with as much poo-flinging as he can dish out. It's entirely ignorant, and his posts reflect that for anyone who wastes their time reading them to see.

The left is getting more angry and unreasonable as their little Hope and Change Utopian dreams aren't happening. You notice they cling to the DOW now, as some "proof" of economic recovery. Of course when the DOW talks, as it will considering it goes up and down all the time, they'll just skip that day.

They live in denial, insisting they are right about everything, unwilling to accept the facts as they are proven in regards to pot addiction, the ineffectiveness of gun laws, abortion figures, jobs and the economy, the lies told by the Obama administration. Hell, these people are so angry and delusional they go so far as to insist that there's really only one conservative posting under multiple names on this site because it's the only way they can justify their narrative that they are the 99%.

It's a ridiculous spiral into insanity, and Pippy is the dressed up painted fagboy on the nose of the fatally damaged progressive bomber Obama's Folly.

You're such a big man with numbers, let's see if you can come up with a couple numbers now. What was the 'Dow' March 2009? What is it now? Isn't 8,500 points over 50 months good enough for you?

Summary of Rowe v Wade and other key abortion cases.

http://old.usccb.org/prolife/issues/abortion/...

Seems to me that if you object to Abortion you need to find out why various U.S. courts have consistently upheld womens' rights to abortion and states rights to regulate policy and legislate laws related to abortions over the past 40 years.

Maybe its because nobody has come forth yet with a convincing argument why abortion should be made illegal and 40 years of jurisprudence related to this issue should be disregarded. MANY of the court rulings and decisions over the last 40 were DECIDEDLY in favor of women's right and state's rights related to abortions. You can take this to mean that even Conservative view on the subject were considered and reflected in the decisions and rulings.

So here's your chance to shine Stinker and Onasty, and Bitch boy and Delusional. Take your case to the courts and good luck.

I'll will be waiting.

Summary of Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113, 93 S. Ct. 705, 35 L. Ed. 2d 147 (1973).

Whether you approve of it or not here are the issues and the decisions/rulings made with respect to the landmark case decided by a 7 - 2 margin.

If you still want to object take your case to the Courts and the states.

Issues

1. Do abortion laws that criminalize all abortions, except those required on medical advice to save the life of the mother, violate the Constitution of the United States?
2. Does the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution protect the right to privacy, including the right to obtain an abortion?
3. Are there any circumstances where a state may enact laws prohibiting abortion?
4. Did the fact that Roe’s pregnancy had already terminated naturally before this case was decided by the Supreme Court render her lawsuit moot?
5. Was the district court correct in denying injunctive relief?

Holding and Rule (Blackmun)

1. Yes. State criminal abortion laws that except from criminality only life-saving procedures on the mother’s behalf, and that do not take into consideration the stage of pregnancy and other interests, are unconstitutional for violating the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
2. Yes. The Due Process Clause protects the right to privacy, including a woman’s right to terminate her pregnancy, against state action.
3. Yes. Though a state cannot completely deny a woman the right to terminate her pregnancy, it has legitimate interests in protecting both the pregnant woman’s health and the potentiality of human life at various stages of pregnancy.
4. No. The natural termination of Roe’s pregnancy did not render her suit moot.
5. Yes. The district court was correct in denying injunctive relief.

The Court held that, in regard to abortions during the first trimester, the decision must be left to the judgment of the pregnant woman’s doctor. In regard to second trimester pregnancies, states may promote their interests in the mother’s health by regulating abortion procedures related to the health of the mother. Regarding third trimester pregnancies, states may promote their interests in the potentiality of human life by regulating or even prohibiting abortion, except when necessary to preserve the life or health of the mother.

OK, here's a lesson for you that I'm pretty sure will fly right over your ignorant little troll head, so it's probably a waste of my time, but here goes:

For all the hoopla over these numbers, which are better than free fall numbers for sure, the DOW hasn't even passed it's inflation adjusted high. The price-to-earnings ratio is 16, currently 16% below the level at the end of 2009.

It's basically like saying you bought a house for 200K, the bottom fell out and lowered the value to 50K, but now it's recovered to be worth 100K. I realize morons like yourself would use that as a reason to celebrate, but you can't expect smart people to be happy with that outcome. AND, Obama called for money to be printed like it was PEZ candy, making what money there is to be made, less valuable.

The DOW, which has indeed doubled in 4 years, has a valuation of 15% below it's 20-year average. That's not great.

The DOW is still 12% below the inflation-adjusted all-time high hit on Jan 14, 2000, so we've actually seen much better times in the past and yet we still have a weakened middle class, and poor people, and life isn't some incredible Utopia. So I"m not sure why you people continue to look at the DOW as some kind of great indicator or life for "average" people.

Regardless, while you're looking for any excuse to shove the DOW numbers in the noses of conservatives to prove oh how wrong we all are about Obama, AND while this is certainly better news than spiraling numbers, it's not anywhere near the sign of a turnaround or recovery that conservative-haters like yourself are ignorantly gloating about.

About the only outcome of the DOW's success is some rich investors will become fabulously wealthy, which will only fuel the stupidity and anger of you OWS class-envy morons.

Yippee!!! The DOW is up!!!!

BTW, Pippy: Weren't you and your gay pals busting other peoples' chops about deflecting the subjects of threads?

Seems to me we were talking about you opportunistic liberal death-mongers cherry-picking accidents to try and prove some hair-brained opinion that guns were killing all kinds of kids. As pointed out, a rather hypocritical stance considering the 1.2 MILLION/year infants in America you sick bastards have no problem absolving.

We're talking about statistical figures of causes of death in America. I took the time to school you on the DOW, now kindly explain your reasoning behind feigning outrage over gun accidents that kill kids while defending the murder of over a million kids per year.

I really don't care about your analysis or opinion Onasty.

The Dow is up right now, so are the wider indexes. Inflation is low and holding steady. Interest rates and low and expected to stay low for the foreseeable future, And while they aren't back to the levels before the bubble, property values are on the rise. So are my property taxes, but that's a different story. In my books, That's all that matters. Is the economy overall as robust and I'd like, NO but it surely is better than it was 5 years ago. I see people all the time, driving new or newer cars, many of them high end gas guzzlers, even with gas prices at the pump @ 3.75. So where's the beef?

Did they raise your lot fees in the trailer park you live in?

As for investments, my 401ks (yes plural) are worth over double what they were in 2009. Been up and down some, but the trend upward has been remarkably consistent. When companies and business decides to get off all the cash they've been stockpiling, and hiring picks up, the market can only get better. YIPPEEE, I will be able to sell my homes and move south or out west where my wonderful kids are.

How about yours? You got a couple dollars in a checking account getting a whopping .1% interest LOL.

The value of my homes are also up. That's always good news.

You don't have any money saved in a retirement account, and you rent (or sponge off your parents in your basement dive) so home values wouldn't matter to you.
