Having a ban on smoking at worksites is really kind of silly because looking at were I work at every morning you can see the oil in the air and the other stuff that is not seen you breath it every day but no one say's any thing about that they only worry about the smokers and if you dont want to be around smoke then DONT that is your choice.. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

As for allowing exceptions, I don't think they should. Why should some businesses get out of the ban and not others. I hope eventually smoking becomes illegal also because the smokers are endangering the health of everyone, including small children and infants. What part of PRIVATE PROPERTY don't you understand? If they can ban smoking on PRIVATE PROPERTY, they have a precedent and are that much closer to passing laws governing behavior in YOUR HOME under the premise that it may be unhealthy, bothersome, whatever reason they want to come up with. It's short-sightedness like this that got us where we are today.

Smokers, stop complaining. You were allowed to smoke regardless of what nonsmokers said for many years. Now the table has turned and you all cannot deal with it. How does it feel to be labeled? indentified? told what to do? Some of the real low class smokers say "whoa dude, I smoked all night at a local hangout" and bottom line here, it is a dump or a low life operated cleaned up joint which most avoid. Time has come. The nonsmokers are taking over now. Throw out the ashtrays, better yet, put them in your cars.

A violation of private property rights. The constitution is based on private property rights. That means the constitution has been thrown out. Did you know we are only 2 states away from rewriting the constitution. It takes 34 states to call a constitution convention and 32 states have sign it so far. This what smoking bans has helped do.
