I saw that earlier. Once again, the politicians are NOT listening to the American people.

I'd like know how anyone could buy into this administration's BS that lobbing missiles into a foreign country isn't an act of war. Calling it an "action" is somehow OK now? You fire missiles into a country, it's war.
Obama is asking to wage WAR on another country, regardless of what idiotic term he calls it. Didn't the left elect this guy in no small part due to his anti-war promises???? Didn't republicans learn a damn thing from Iraq?????
The vast majority of Americans have made their opinions clear on the matter of Syria, yet, we have a congress who is going to approve this "action" regardless of their constituents, and a president who has no respect for the constitution and has already made it clear he really doesn't even need congress's approval to attack anyway.
Not good indeed...
Reminds one of the "peace action" which became the "Korean conflict" which is now known as the "Korean War". And no, the politicians learn nothing because there are zero consequences to them for their votes.

I will tell you that this will not end in 72h of cruise missile attacks. America and Israel will be at war with one half of Syria, Iran, one half of Iraq, 3 provinces of Afghanistan, Lebanon, parts of Libya, little rat nests of Al Qaeda and the possibility of a return cold war with Russia. All because that dildopresident of ours opened his cakehole!

I think the dems realized full well the consequences for this Syrian mess, and the stupid "red line" comment our big mouthed president blurted out. That's the only reason they decided to bring this to congress. It's simply a political tactic to once again take the focus off our progressive amateur president.

Why else - other than passing the blame - would a president, who sent out his minions all the previous week announcing they don't need congressional approval to attack Syria, suddenly about face and go hat in hand to the very people he just said were meaningless and inept?

If this were a republican president the liberal media would be turning cartwheels and focusing every bit of their ire at the president. Instead, the obediently follow along without one question directed at the president about his incredible flip flop. He's left alone to run around propping up his other complete debacle - Obamacare.

It's possible you're right. On the other hand I don't think Obama really cares at this point about the long-term ramifications of this mess his "cakehole" has gotten us into. And it might just be lobbing a couple missiles into Syria will be enough for him to claim he made good on his stupid red line threat. He once again is only looking out for himself, not the overall well-being of the Middle East or America. Remember, this is a delusional that still claims we're not at war with terrorists.

The media, and his useful idiot fan club, will buy into this farce of course, and Obama will walk away wiping his hands clean of the entire mess he created, blaming congress as has become his latest tactic since blaming white people, Bible and gun-clingers, tea bag-wavers, corporate fat cats and climate change aren't really applicable this time.

Obomber and Kerry have two main goals: 1. to destabilize the whole region and give green lights for al-qaeda extremists there 2.to make blamage for usa and to lead this republican party to loose, it is well known that if they will say ok for obam´s , kerry´s politics of military disaster then they will be fully coresponsible for all tragedies and all blamage of usa just like for all consequences of this misswar or mision or microinvasion like this moron kerry . And morons kerries and obama will end their ter of offices in 3 years and republicans will loose, if they say ok.

and republicans saying yes for misspolitics of kerry and obama will be coresponsible for all crimes, disasters and tragedies and blamage there and they will loose next elections and dumbocrats will win with their candidate clinton on the top. Looking at these republican commitee of foreign relations there are really a few good republicans : Rand Paul and it was the second republican, who was very tough and he has make kerry quiet, these guys would be very promising candidates for president, especially if they would cooperate,. I think that it should be good of country, good of own party, good of another nations and good future more importatn that face of obama or kerry, because they have promised to al-qaeda led extremists that they will make Assad down thats why will unleash bloody , civil war with possibility of using chemical weapon by extremists, are these both insane fellows completely out of their minds?

Back in the day Kerry protested the war by pitching medals over the White House fence. He did not like the war even though VC would come into a village visited by Special Forces to inoculate children in need. The VC cut their arm off that got the shot...... Kerry is a waffle....... Yet Bobbie likes the involvement in Syria..... Poor uneducated fool.......

We don't agree on a lot, but on this I'm in full agreement with you. Who knew that 12 years after 9/11, our president would be trying to help the very people that attacked us? We need to stand back and let them have at it...their religious war is none of our business. Yes, it's terrible that innocents are being killed but there are innocents being killed all over the world and it's not our job to be everybody's mommy and daddy stepping in to make them play nice in the sandbox.
Thanks Vox...maybe in the future we could/should find more things to agree upon, or at least an occasional compromise.
By the way, I agree with everything you said also...
Have a nice day!!!

First off Bobbie, Bill O’Reilly and Rush or anyone else do not speak for me or on my behalf. I’m perfectly able to look at the situation and come to my own opinion. Thanks anyway.

Second, I find it kind of funny that the same talking points that Kerry and Obama are using is the exact same as what Bush said.“They have weapons of mass destruction.” And what became of that? Bush was made out a fool by the dems. Now you want to bomb Syria based on the same reasons and it is now ok with you? Wow! Talk about coming full circle. Please tell me what we, as the USA, could get out of bombing Syria. What is there to be gained? This is a civil war between to religious factions. Let’s stay out. I was under the impression that you hated religion. Based on that thought, why should we get involved?

I find myself in a rough position. I have a son who is in the military. I support them with all my heart, in Iraq, in Afghanistan, and where ever they are called to serve. But this is the first time I do not wish to see US military involvement. We need to stay out!

Anyone that thinks the VC's genocide againest their own people, somehow justified that war.....Should have zero problems with this attack on Al Assad and his henchmen.....

Hence the lesson learned from then should apply now...stay out of their religious war, let them kill eachother off so there's less of them to hate Americans. We have no business supporting any faction of that religion...and that's ultimately what we would be doing by bombing Syria's religious based "government".

I hope you didn't support Vietnam and therefore don't support this very similar and wrong action.
