12-time OWI??? Why in the world was this guy out of jail/prison in the first place??? He should have been locked up long ago and they should have thrown away the key!! Just my opinion...

This guy is an unguided missile, a time bomb, that will kill himself or someone innocent person if he is not put in jail long enough to sober up and get some serious help...

This is ridiculous, he has been convicted 12 times, how many times has he not been caught? There is no reason this loser shouldn't be incarcerated for the rest of his pathetic life. It is a miracle he hasn't killed someone. Obviously he is beyond changing his ways.

Now that's a pretty mugshot. And tell me again how you get arrested this many times for DUI and are still waling and driving instead of being behind bars.

It's called chicken shi? Procs Offices, that give Plea deals 6month County time instead of DOC time.

Oh before you get all wound up understand this. Until people stop crying about raising State taxes which i.e go for the State Prison system (MDOC)realize this is going to happen folks.

One more thing - Why y u thunk he moved to the great north.... Oh less cops or
He took the 25yrs buy out from GM before we out sourced all the jobs in the state other than Casions..........

from what i found, the dates of his last 5 offensives are as follows:
03/08/1995
04/10/1995
06/19/1997
11/21/1999
12/05/2004
all of these convictions say "third offense" ugh.
it looks like he got off probation or out of jail 6/5/08. too bad they didn't lock him up longer.

Chances are he didn't have a license. I hate to break this to you, but any dillweed can start & drive a car without that little plastic card in his wallet. Short of locking him up the rest of his life (which ain't a bad idea, mind you), how you going to keep him from getting behind the wheel?

If all of those were in the State of Michigan, well then I think Jenny has some explaining to do!

I got stopped in Wyoming a few weeks ago for driving 35 in a 30 mph zone, got a speeding ticket (Oh yea, I'm such a speed demon......not),$100 and 2 points on my Michigan Driver License for 2 years. Also made my car insurance go up.

Justice is just not fair in Michigan, that is for sure! This guy should have his license revoked permanently, of course, that doesn't stop him from driving. Dork!

I think he should be in jail. But before we raise taxes we should consider other options. I propose letting all non dangerous or non violent offenders out. I don't want to pay to have them locked up. If someone breaks into a business and steals something the tax payer should not have to pay to replace it and also pay tolock the person up. Force that person to repay what he took. Even repay muliple times the amount. If he won't pay the sieze his assests or force him to work some goverment labor job for minimum wage until it is paid off. Once these people commit these crimes they throw their rights out the window and should be at the mercy of the state. IF you don't like it don't break the law. The penalty for commiting a crime is free room and bored for a certain period of time with cable and a gym. You should have to make restitution for what you have done. This would solve all of our jail overcrowding and budget issues.
