Obama being offered tenure appeared in an article but was proven to be false, maybe you should check your own reading skills.

When Obama was in the classroom, he was a law professor. But if he says, I spent these years as a law professor—that's not true. So its fair to say that while he was in the midst of teaching, Obama was a professor, even if he wasn't actually a professor by occupation."
But apparently you are more qualified to make the distinction than anyone else IN THE COLLEGE.
Just saying that someone who teaches 3 classes a year and none of them are constitutional law it seems a bit of a stretch to call oneself a "Constitutional Law Professor" Unless your aim is to stretch the truth beyond any reason.

This all depends on Obama now doesn't it? I said on another thread that war won't happen because Big "O" hasn't got big balls. He talks a good game though. If and when the prez decides to get a little dictatorial, well then we can just impeach him. So you can relax and know that these so-called fascists wont' be coming after you or your bridge card. Are you really that dense? Oh, stupid question, of course you are. The original post I made very clearly stated Obama was offered a tenure position and he turned it down. That was from the OFFICIAL statement from the college. Because some single person said it didn't is irrelevant to the OFFICIAL statement the college made. PERIOD.

I mean seriously, Obama STILL isn't, and wasn't at the time of election, a U.S. citizen because Donald Trump and a few other malcontents say it's never been proven he is, even since that has long since been dis-proven now is he?

You probably still haven't figured out the Mayans were wrong...that the world will end on Dec.21, 2001. More importantly the ones that misunderstood the Mayan "prophecy". Still waiting for it are ya?

If you can Bob watch Collapse. It's a documentary available on Netflix streaming if you have it. It may even be in your local library. If you can find a way to watch the whole movie it's worth it. Watch it all the way through till the end. If you can, have the ability to rewind because some of it is just astounding.
Here's a link to the trailer for it.

Warning to ALL the right-wing apologists, DON'T WATCH IT! It's only for left-wing liberal extremists.

But on the other hand you might want to because you'll get the opening statement(s) wrong about what is causing all this.

I will absolutely NOT respond to any posts that are obviously based on the lack of ability for critical thinking.

What "records" would that be? So the University of Chicago Law School confirming it doesn't matter to you.
"UC Law School statement: The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined."
http://www.factcheck.org/2008/03/obama-a-cons...
You need YOUR OWN records to prove it?
Nope...now show the class how he was a Constitutional Law Professor at Harvard Law. Got proof of that since that is the claim he has made many times and I don't recall him mentioning "Senior Lecturer" at Chicago since that wouldn't impress anyone but you. He supposedly was the editor of Harvard Law Review as well, but you wouldn't know it other than from his lying words.

Oh goody another claim. You'll have to show me where Obama claimed to be a constitutional law professor at Harvard. He was the Law Review Editor at Harvard but I've never heard of him claiming to be a constitutional law professor at Harvard. That will be interesting to see when you show me where he made that claim.

But here's the "proof" he was the Law Review Editor at Harvard.
"The Harvard Law Review, generally considered the most prestigious in the country, elected the first black president in its 104-year history today. The job is considered the highest student position at Harvard Law School.

The new president of the Review is Barack Obama, a 28-year-old graduate of Columbia University who spent four years heading a community development program for poor blacks on Chicago's South Side before enrolling in law school. His late father, Barack Obama, was a finance minister in Kenya and his mother, Ann Dunham, is an American anthropologist now doing fieldwork in Indonesia. Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii."

The states are going to divide? Where have you been? They already are. And they did before...the way you mean it. Remember learning about the Civil War? Or did you even learn about it?

And you show all the signs of you wanting another Civil War than being educated enough to know the founding fathers gave us a legal was to change it. But that would mean you'd have to actually be active enough and intelligent enough to know what to do and how to do it.

But remember secession is by law illegal and promoting and pursuing it the high crime of treason.

You needn't worry about being arrested and tried for it because it was Liberals that gave you the right to free speech.

Oh wow. Some times I do miss the fine print. That article published "By FOX BUTTERFIELD, Special to The New York Times
Published: February 06, 1990"
So huh, it was know Obama was born in Hawaii 17 years before he ran for president.

The Constitution gives the people the right to throw off repressive government despite the federal contract signed. Tell ya what, I'm going to give you a few months to soak everything in. Read everything pertaining to the founding documents you have time for. Meanwhile, you can read the tea leaves in responses to big government intrusion from thousands of websites. Are they all just talking s--t? By the way, promoting secession isn't treason. It can't be because only states (not citizens) can technically secede from the union. The individual can only renounce his citizenship to break contract with the federal government. Also, in the case of war, there is NO agreement between parties anyway thus the reason for war. Now, go and study for awhile because you are not in my league when in comes to this stuff. Liberal hack!

Speaking of issues that deserve an entirely new thread.......

It would give the lunatic fringe a whole new chance to expound on their doom and gloom theories. Everyone should know they'll never admit to how many times their gawd like Reagan kicked this can down the road!
