Obviously there no point in my responding to you and posting the whys to the questions you raise because you refuse to read them, or is to understand them? But I'll do it again anyway:
"The states left no doubt that in taking this step they were giving expression to a basic and widely shared philosophical belief that equality of citizenship was impossible in a nation where inequality of wealth remained the rule. North Carolina's 1784 statute explained that by keeping large estates together for succeeding generations, the old system had served "only to raise the wealth and importance of particular families and individuals, giving them an unequal and undue influence in a republic" and promoting "contention and injustice." Abolishing aristocratic forms of inheritance would by contrast "tend to promote that equality of property which is of the spirit and principle of a genuine republic."
The entire intent in the way the FFS set this country up was to eliminate the righteous gentry oppression they were throwing off in the revolution.
If you don't like it go argue it with the Founding Fathers. You know, those Socialist, Marxist, Communistic people who started and fought the Revolution against the entitled gentry for "individual freedom". Then ask yourself, not me, why you want it returned to that.
You sure seem to like the economic policy of Fidel Castro, maybe you should move to Cuba. Amazing how people want to follow economics that have proven to not work everywhere in recorded history.

I knew you couldn't give a simple basic answer because you are simply incapable of treating others like human beings. You, for whatever reason, have to issue dissertations that have no bearing whatsoever on the question at hand and then follow it up with BS about others liking the Socialist, Marxist, Communistic way of life. Nice try at deflecting your thought process onto others. The progressives are the ones that are in line with the Socialistic, Marxist, Communistic thought process. You know the one...take from those who have worked hard and earned it and give it to others who, for whatever reason, have not earned it. It's called "income redistribution by hook or by crook." In the progressive handbook, it's generally by crook.

oh...you mean the economic policies that increased the percentage of private sector employment by 23% and lowered the percentage of people employed by the government by almost 6%? yeah...we would never want to follow that example here.

Your a loser suck off, lying b!tch full of anger. The founding fathers were getting away from the British taxing. Nothing like revisionist history, right? Wrong, I don't want to collect. I want to give dumbass! The taxing policies make it hard for the middle class to give money to their children. You only talk about the rich because you have a agenda. Your nothing but a dumbass trying to sound like something. Retires live off capital gains and dividends. You only talk about the rich when you are talking about those taxes too. You collect off the government so it does not affect you. Your a loser!
Learn when to use your and you're.

And if you really did know anything you would know there's nothing for you to worry about until you exceed the $1Milion mark.

Ya, retirees live off capital gains and dividends like that's a given for all retirees.

The fringe element of the republican party hasn't been producing, and yet we seem to be doing okay...... When the rest of the fringe decides to follow suit, the results will be the same!

You are greatly extrapolating the quote. At the time of the quote and his reference was the fact that the banks and financial institutions were extensions of the British Crown and it's that threat to the American Revolution he was talking about.
I would say Bob is closer to being right. Why Thomas Jefferson objected to a national bank:

Not true SIB. Everyone wanted a piece of the working mans money.
"The Socialist Labor Party advocated a graduated income tax in 1887. The Populist Party "demand[ed] a graduated income tax" in its 1892 platform. The Democratic Party, led by William Jennings Bryan, advocated the income tax law passed in 1894, and proposed an income tax in its 1908 platform."
Well I don't know about the Socialist Labor Party, but, much of what you say here is true. With some left out though. The progressive wing of the Republican Party also espoused it.
Out of a necessity to pay for the Civil War Lincoln opened Pandora's box.

You should read this Batch...all the way through. You'll find, for one thing, the lower income level pays more a percentage of their incomes in Federal taxes than the highest of incomes. See figure 2.

Then the govt should stop spending money it has to steal. High income comes from investments to grow companies and communities..... Income Taxes are a higher percentage because the useful idiots keep voting for it.......

There are some who believe, and I've seen some of their "documentation", some of which is factual but used out of context for convenience, that say the Federal Income taxes we pay are not actually paid to the Federal Government. Rather, the government borrows the money they need from the Federal Reserve, a private banking consortium, and the IRS is a private accounting firm charged with collecting the principle and interest profits from the tax payers.

You mean like two wars the country was committed to without ANY provisions made to pay for them? In fact lowering the taxes and telling the American People not to worry about it and go shopping.

We've beat that dead horse until only the bones are left and will be beating those into dust without it coming to anything useful.

And we will be paying long past the time when you and I are alive for this folly that we now call "Obama". New taxes, no spending cuts, and more borrowing...the "new" American dream. I didn't vote for him, but he's gonna make me just as miserable as he makes those who voted for him. Funny how I heard today from 2 young people who voted for him that are all of a sudden disillusioned once they realized he lied.

You want a simple answer? Because the heirs didn't pay any taxes on what they inherited/gained before it came down to them.
But then you don't understand the concept of earned and unearned income.
And you don't understand the concept of double taxation. People pay taxes on money, after that it should be up to them to spend or give to who they please without adolf obama taking another swing at the money to fund the socialist government he want's to create.

Don't get the idea I'm defending Obama. I'm not. He had control of the steam roller and he didn't gas it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, he's too willing to compromise just to get along. He had Boehner and McConnell on the ropes and wouldn't do what they would and have done to him...roll over him (Obama) just because they could and enjoy(ed) doing it.

Of course you would blame Obama because you're not old enough to remember YOUR argument of double taxation has been around for a VERY LONG time.

I'm sure every dollar you earn has been taxed many multiple times before you got it. So therefore it is double taxation to tax you on it, right? You buy a used car. When it was purchased new sales tax was paid. Now that you are purchasing it, used, you don't have to pay sales tax because sales taxes were already paid on it, right? Assuming of course the sale at new and at used were in the same state. Sold used in another state would be different, right?

No I'm not justifying it. You're just operating on a technicality that thus far hasn't been followed through with yet.
