Good Day,

No kidding...But don't worry, Beohner is doing a fine job of it already.

Once again we disagree Steelie. Well, somewhat. It's the Tea Party that's destroying the Republican Party. Boehner is just to much of a chicken droppings to stand up to them. He seems to get such a great feeling of greatness to be the third in line for the Presidency.

Though I do think him narrowly getting re-elected Speaker opened one eyelid...barely. But Boehner hasn't got the stones to be an effective Speaker and God forbid he EVER made President.

I agree with your thoughts on Boehner, but I still think that blaming the Tea Party is rather foolish. They are NOT the majority in the Republican party and some of them are even *gasp* Democrats! Oh the horror of it all!

Good Day,

Agreed on most points, but... Boehner exemplifies what is wrong with the GOP and why I think its days are numbered. He clearly does not represent the core values of the party and is running almost as fast as he (and many others, cough, cough McCain) can from the Conservative core of the party. That will, I believe, open the door to a possible third party of a more Conservative nature say within 10-15 years or so.

Good Day,

Sorry SIB. Let me clarify though that I am in total agreement with regard to your comments on Boehner.
