Why can't we see pictures of the bullet riddled bodies?
Us gun lovers would love to see the results of ammo ripping through child flesh.
Every fall they can post pictures of dead animals all over.
Wht can't we see pictures of dead babies after the hunt?
Huh?

You've obviously never seen what someone skilled with a knife can do and the carnage they can cause. Even an unskilled man with a knife slashed nearly as many children as were shot on the same day in China. There have been many such incidents in China in recent years: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School_attacks_i... (2010%E2%80%932012)
Knives are quieter, easier to conceal. Chances are, he would have killed even more children before the alarm was sounded than with the gun.

You should not have to have guns at school...Nor a teacher that is a marksman no body has the anwsers, but one thing for sure if that gun was not in his hand 20 six and seven year old children would have not been blown to bits. That gun belongs in the hands of military or police officers,No justicifaction for those guns to be on our streets peroid.and the magazine should hold no more than 10 rounds.
I agree that you shouldn't need to have guns in schools to protect our children but the cold, hard fact of it is school shootings committed by those who don't care about or obey laws are increasing and the police arrive too late to do anything but count the bodies 98% of the time. The adults in those schools are the first responders whether they wish it or not.
Do you really believe those children would be less dead had he shot them with a different kind of gun? Really?
Here's an idea. We have thousands of unemployed, highly trained veterans who I'm sure would love the idea of protecting children. Let's put a couple armed vets in each school and see if this type of thing happens ever again.

Was the 5.56mm rifle used in CT? My Ruger 10/22 has 50 round magazine along with a 10 round. M1 Garands have a 5 round 30-06 clip and was the main battle rifle in WWII. The M1 Carbine has both 5 round and 30 clips in a .30 round...... What is your point? All rifles with composite stocks are killers? You are ignorant. A rock can be lethal too. Tonight on the news, GRPD stated they have not had a problem on the street with ARs..... The shootings were from pistols.

Your wrong on just about everything. I just figured I would see if you would admit to being wrong about any issue. I guess I got my answer.
So on the everything I am wrong on you decided to pick the most irrelevant one? Your thought patterns are the very reason there is so much misinformation and disinformation out there disguised as rational thought.

So lets see since what the mid 1800s repeating arms have been around and since then many advancements. The access to firearms has also been easy of course until the 1960s in MI you have to get a permit to buy a handgun and have background checks, even to buy a rifle you need a background check even at gun shows, at least if you are law abiding. So what has happened it cant be guns there is this phrase I keep hearing from the talking heads and posturing politicians "gun violence" guns are not violent only people are violent oh I guess we can have a violent storm but that is not really true the more accurate term is severe. It cant be guns, I don't have any answer but I know its not guns.

So you can't address facts so you go to emotions...... won't work.... Did you see the court case from South Haven where a drunk driver killed a 27yo and 2 children in a head on? Yep, laws always work......

Okay... so how many CHILDREN do you think he would have killed with a rock before the police showed up? Or for that matter before an adult would have stopped him? Do you believe he could have killed himself with a rock when he heard the police arriving?

Instead of so many jumping off the deep end on all sides of the issue why are we calling for calmer heads to prevail for a rational conclusion on the best chance to curb this kind of incidence.

Also what needs to be at the forefront of this is how to handle the mental health issue in this country. These are not cases of sane people committing these atrocities.

Question for you? Do you honestly believe anyone who commits murder is sane at the time that they commit murder? I don't. I don't believe a sane person would lose control that way and murder someone. Slap them, yes, murder, no.

I don't disagree with your last couple sentences, but if you listen real close to what the talking heads and the posturing politicians and ex law enforcement officers, wonder why they're ex? Anyway if you listen to these so called experts or whatever they are we are all mentally challenged or deficient and should not be allowed, like that word (allowed) to have weapons. Even the president BHO if you listen to this guy or Joe Biden you hear how they want to take care of us mute us and neuter us. Listen. God just listen cant wait to hear what Biden comes up with. If it were up to him all guns would have been banned twenty years ago.

its a .223 they are fun guns to shoot, not assault weapons!

that is a small caliber bullet and the bushmaster .223 jams alot, too much.

Remember there are 300 million guns, no laws will prevent this from happening again.

most of these happen in "gun free zones", do you think that is a coincidence?
