Hopefully they will follow up on this and continue to arrest, prosecute as many as they can, and return them to thir home countries.

Again they are chasing after convicted criminals that should never have been released in the first place. They are in the country illegally and they are arrested and convicted of a crime or in most cases several crimes in addition to being in the country illegally yet they are released and allowed to continue living here illegally and committing crimes until in an effort to make it look like the federal government is actually doing their job they are tracked down and arrested again. I wonder how many in this group will be granted bail so they can disappear again.
Catch and release is good for bass because it helps to maintain the species but for illegal aliens it is a waste of tax money and resources.

"Of the 97 arrested, 60 had prior convictions for crimes such as: sex with a minor, assault, illegal firearm possession, drug possession and theft."

Who released 60 convicted felons that should have been deported?
Thank you Mr. President. LOL

So you're saying we should be more like China, North Korea and Iran. I see.

Why does the whacko right hate America so much?

Perhap's just one example might make some sense?....Colorado is currently going through an long, very expensive trial including docters....for the guy that was caught and freely admitted to killing all the people in the movie theater.....is that trial, really mandatory?

To keep our justice system intact it is.

The law can be a slippery slope, as soon as you deviate from standard protocols you invite all kinds of evil in and eventually you end up shooting people in the head at the border.

So abolish Article III Section II of the Constitution? The founding fathers put that in there 224 years ago, it's the backbone of our justice system. I have to say I disagree.

It'll be okay Blue, as long as it happens under a Democratic administration. If it happens under a Republican, hell hath no fury as they say. Anything goes as long as a Democrat is running the show.

Not sure exactly how it is worded in the constitution, but there is a section that say's we should have the right to arm ourselves againest a threat to our society or government, either foreign or domestic.....pretty sure it's in there, somewhere....now, i am thinking that alot of the senseless violent crime that we see, though we do have a system, in place designed to keep it at bay...just does'nt and therefore....would'nt it represent a domestic threat?
