Nice hair- he looks like Bozo.

I cant help but wonder why more and more african american men are wanting to look like this. Do they not realize how stupid they look, purposefully trying to look like a clown?

dang! he could be smuggling stuff in prison with that hair of his!!!
Did he stick his finger in a light socket?!

The family decided not to press charges just because he cant get out until 2068? I would press them anyway-just to let him know he is screwed for life!!!

I think the family did the right thing by not pressing charges. What purpose would it serve? He admitted he did it. Why waste any more of taxpayer money on a trial. Bad enough we have to house, feed and cloth him for the rest of his miserable life.

I really feel for the victim's family. At least they have closure.

snomad - read the article again. It said he has been in prison since 2003. He is not "da fresh fish". He's probably somebody's girlfriend with all that hair.

Glad he's behind bars already, but I would have pressed charges and made sure he stayed there forever.

So no charges are being filed? That family is way more forgiving than I would be.
