Tons of blacks are getting a bit tired of being refered to as former slaves.
But I have been punched by blacks, bikes stolen by blacks, but have no reason to classify those as some race or another.
I have helped and been helped by black people, done business, and think they are just fine.
It's just the news and hype and people in the news such as rev wright,Jesie Jackson, etc etc, they just want to keep this BS up as long as possible.
and
Couple that with these bleeding heart WHITES on MSNBC types rattle on and on as if they have some extra leg up being so ,in like flin, with every shade of brown person that ever lived, makes me as sick as the idea of slavery.

I was in the DHS office the other day, and it reads "On Monday, January 18, 2010 we will be closed in observance of MLK, Jr.s birthday, and Robert E. Lee's birthday"
and in the fine print on the bottom it said
'an official government holiday'
I bout fell outta my chair.
Well they have Robert E. Lee's birthday wrong,It was Jan.19 th,not the 18th I was named after him,he was a great, great uncle of my mothers,I was also born on the same date,so either my family has his birthdate wrong or the goverment has moved it up..

MLK Day is not necessarily on his birthday either. It is the third Monday of January.
