I'm 19 and currently working as a photo tech at walgreens. My manager has mentioned promoting me to an SFL and shows me SFL-related duties once in a while. My question is, do you have to be 21 to be an SFL because of the alcohol-sale policies at a Walgreens because I don't know if I want to work as hard as I do for minimum wage for 2 more years. and also, I have heard things about positions being drastically changed and even cut by 2015, does anyone know anything about this either? Thank you!

I'm not sure what an SFL is, but I think it is some sort of floor leader.
If it involves more responsibility and more duties, then it should also include more money. If there is no raise, i wouldn't do it.
If you'r in school, stay in school. If you're not, then start going to school. You can't survive on minimum wage.
