Another T-bagger bites the dust.

The 5-count indictment charges 41-year-old James Everett Dutschke (pronounced DUHS'-kee) with developing, producing and stockpiling the poison ricin, threatening the president and others and attempting to impede the investigation.

Dutschke was arrested April 27 at his home in Tupelo. He is suspected of mailing ricin-laced letters on April 8 to Obama, U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and Lee County Justice Court Judge Sadie Holland.

Dutschke, a former martial arts instructor, has unsuccessfully run for elective office, including a 2007 challenge of Holland's son, Democratic state Rep. Steve Holland.

If convicted on the charges, he could face life in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.

Two things:
First, I read the article several times and found no where in it any connection to the TEA PARTY. Which tells me your hatred and bitterness towards anyone who holds different views is out of control.

Second, you're using the Huff-n-Puff Post as a creditable source just adds more proof that you are not in your right mind,

FBI Now Investigating Politician Who's Also An Accused Child Molester In Ricin Case

Dutschke is currently the subject of a child molestation investigation by the Tupelo Police Department and the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, according to the Clarion-Ledger.

He ran for a seat on the Mississippi House of Representatives in 2007. His opponent was Steve Holland, whose mother, Judge Sadie Holland received one of the tainted letters.

The Tea Party does NOT condone child molestation. The Tea Party would actually line up and shoot those perverts. It's the liberal who dreams of sex with the minor. That's why they go out of their way to teach fisting, pissing, gay sex and animal porn to children. Warp their innocent little minds so they won't say "no" when you try and get a feel. Liberals should HANG!

HUH?

"In 2008, Dutschke ran unsuccessfully as a "Democrat" for election commissioner in Lee County, according to the Daily Journal newspaper."

So,...in your pea sized brain, the fact that he ran unsuccessfully as a democrat,...makes him a "teabagger" which we all know is one of your favorite activities.
Maybe next time, you should read your own links.
Thanks for the laugh!

LMFAO!!!!

Imagine the sense of humor it takes to admonish someone for either not reading an article or belittling a source, when that same person has done the exact same thing with regards to a thread started about Death Panels!

Pot was correct - no reference to Tea Party was made. Funny, we didn't see you slapping your keyboard around in outrage over some anti-Tea Party nutball not reading an article thoroughly.

He wasn't a gun control advocate, he was 100% for gun rights. Did you read his letter? Did you see who the letters were mailed to? You are wrong, the whole point of his letters was to vent about the government taking away his guns.

He ran as a republican for state rep. He also is a gun nut and molested little kids. Sounds like a conservative whack job to me. I say lock him in a underground box with a loaded handgun until he blows his disgusting brains out. One less conservative whack job.

Like I said, Dutschke is a stupid T-bagger through and through. There's no disputing it.

So, I'll repeat -- another T-bagger bites the dust.

Another one who made the news in the last couple of months was T-bagger Eric Lyle Williams, a former Texas magistrate who murdered the chief prosecuting attorney, his wife, and an assistant prosecuting attorneys of Kaufman county, Texas. This DIRT BAD was also a gun nut. After William's arrest, authorities found a cache of dozens of firearms he owned in his home and a storage locker.
