BTW - From the linked story:
"Kyle’s memorial service was held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Monday, at which Obama wasn’t in attendance. He received some criticism for his absence, however, it appears that the commander-in-chief was attending the Medal of Honor ceremony for former Staff Sgt. Clinton Romesha that same day."
I guess he didn't avoid that one...... huh?
Perhaps you should stick to BENGHAZI!
Perhaps you should look up how many campaign events he went to in a single day??? Too bad he thinks campaign events and money are more important than showing respect for a fallen soldier, no matter how he died. Your excuses and lies just grow longer and longer just like your Pinocchio nose.

Which President avoided all those caskets returning our fallen soldiers back home?
Which President finally allowed the press to finally return to paying respects to them?
So, NOW showing all those caskets isn't upsetting to the American people but it was when Bush was President? That was the lame ass excuse you clowns used back then. Just once it would be really nice if you hypocrites would admit you don't truly care what Obama does because he is a progressive elitist.

Let's look at the facts.....
The deceased Mr. Kyle was NOT in the military, he was simply a veteran, just like thousands of others. Had the President made any comments, or had he shown up at the funeral, Glenn Beck would have railed against Obama's grandstanding. In turn, you would have started a whole new thread parroting that FAUX Outrage instead of this one!
He was also, NOT the most lethal sniper in military history, but only one of the better ones in this current conflict. Had he not written a book to glorify his own exploits, I doubt that many people would have even recognized him.
Whitney Houston WAS much more famous than Mr. Kyle, and while dying from self inflicted drug abuse isn't something to be lauded over, her death was a tragedy.
In my opinion both deaths were tragic, I just find it interesting that with the right wing fanatics, the President couldn't win either way!
There is absolutely NOTHING this man (Obama) could possibly do these detractors wouldn't find a way to denigrate him for.

That would be Bush. But to mention his name in situations like that is to "blame it all on Bush".

Simple fact of it was Bush didn't want the American public to see the results of a war he had declared on the behalf of the oil cartel.

President Barack Obama has not made a public statement regarding Kyle’s murder and his extraordinary service to his county, nor has the White House issued an official press release.
When singer Whitney Houston passed away from a drug overdose, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Obama’s “thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially her daughter.” He also called her death a “tragedy.”
I guess Obama considers a drug addict more important that the most lethal sniper in military history..
And I also will not honor someone who kills from a distance while hiding.

That's funny because you supported a man who sent 4,000+ military members off to another country to get blown up over nothing more than a grudge and to allow a few buddies to pocket a few billion.

Hmmmmm...who hates the military???

You people are f'ing nuts. This man was not in the military when he was killed. He was not protecting Americans and his vile words towards Obama probably had something to do with Obama staying quiet about his death. GTF over yourselves and bring the faux rah-rah patriotism down a notch for a while. You're so transparent.

What is this obsession you people have with the military? Of course you will take that as I am a "hater" of them also but that is wholly another misrepresentation.

Even Jefferson saw a standing army as more of a threat to our liberties than the threat of possible foreign invasion.

But that's not my point. We owe our soldiers respect. Turn them into gods? No. Owe them appreciation honor and recompense for their and their families sacrifices for putting their own well being in all forms at risk while being paid poverty level wages. Turn them into gods? No. ALL true soldiers with the sense of honor that they have served their country well will ask only to be recognized and appreciated and treated well for their sacrifice. Not turned into gods.

Obama is vilified for not having at least mentioned this veteran sniper for being gunned down in a domestic situation over a soldier being honored for saving American lives in the midst of an overwhelming enemy assault. Pathetic! I wonder how this veteran sniper would respond to this if he could be channeled. I can imagine what would have happened if Obama had mentioned in any form, way or place that this veteran had been shot down in a domestic situation when there is this gun control frenzy is going on. A soldier being shot to death were there isn't the enemy out there looking to kill him.

And what about Obama signing an executive order authorizing the VA to hire additional staff and double the capacity of the crisis line to deal with the alarming rate of suicides of veterans and active duty soldiers? There is a rate of active duty suicides of nearly one per day. Missed that one didn't ya.

But we should be proud that we are putting our soldiers in harms way that extends beyond even their active duty status.

Like I've said. There is nothing this president can do that would not go unassailed by these right-wing lunatics.

Pathetic. Simply pathetic.

Yeah, the neo-con hero Herr Bush refused to allow the media to video tape the flag covered caskets that brought our boys home.

I wonder how many funerals caused because of his oil war that he dodged while he was in office?

Hey ostrich man, since your comprehension skills are about as high as your pants, I will tell you what I SAID. I said that the President went to more than 1 campaign event a day while he was continually campaigning for over 4 years. No reason he couldn't have done both events, had he truly wanted to do so. Sooo, who's "stooooopid"? Look in the mirror Bob the bigoted, arrogant, ostrich syndrome President.

You sure seemed intent on making a point that "The deceased Mr. Kyle was NOT in the military" I just wanted to make sure you understood that neither was Whitney.
