President Barack Obama has not made a public statement regarding Kyle’s murder and his extraordinary service to his county, nor has the White House issued an official press release.

When singer Whitney Houston passed away from a drug overdose, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Obama’s “thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially her daughter.” He also called her death a “tragedy.”

I guess Obama considers a drug addict more important that the most lethal sniper in military history..

That's because Obama doesn't like the military and will do what he can to avoid them.

Besides, Obama prefers the drones as they provide collateral damage. A sniper takes out only his target, not others around the target. Of course, the statement from the administration that perhaps the young person with the American killed should have "chosen different parents" tells us all we need to know about their vast "knowledge and experience."

I don't think the military likes Obama very much either.

Obama doesnt need our military personel any more, he has drones.
They can kill a lot of people, including innocent women and children, with out any risk.
It seems just a bit hypocritical to me that during his 2008 campaign he was so against capturing terrorist's and holding them prisoner at Gitmo, but he has no problem with blowing the living sh!t out of people with the drones.
If I were a terrorist, I'd prefer Gitmo, compared to the drones, I hear they have a new soccer field there.
Bush = Bad.....put prisoners on the beach with a water front view, and a chance.
Obama = good because he just blows kid's to smitherines with his drones,
Hard to figure it out!
But then you people voted him in again.

You might try talking to some actual military members. They truly don't like or trust Obama, but he is their commander-in-chief. Unfortunately, the only people defending the constitution these days ARE the military since the current administration can't seem to remember there is a constitution.

As much as I do respect our soldiers there are a lot more of them that know squat about the Constitution. I don't fault them for not knowing. But at least they are doing more to defend it than you are while you don't anything more about it than you hear from Beck, Limpjaw, Hannity, and the like.

Obama's wife hates America, she said so herself in 2008. Look at how she rips off the taxpayers to take extravagant vacations overseas.

And your disrespect of everyone from the Right is very telling and typical. And you don't respect anyone that doesn't agree with your view of the constitution, the law, OR any of your views. Observant people recognize that you and your elitist friends have no use for the military and would disband them in a heartbeat if you thought you could get away with it. Hypocrites one and all is what you are.

Let's look at the facts.....

The deceased Mr. Kyle was NOT in the military, he was simply a veteran, just like thousands of others. Had the President made any comments, or had he shown up at the funeral, Glenn Beck would have railed against Obama's grandstanding. In turn, you would have started a whole new thread parroting that FAUX Outrage instead of this one!

He was also, NOT the most lethal sniper in military history, but only one of the better ones in this current conflict. Had he not written a book to glorify his own exploits, I doubt that many people would have even recognized him.

Whitney Houston WAS much more famous than Mr. Kyle, and while dying from self inflicted drug abuse isn't something to be lauded over, her death was a tragedy.

In my opinion both deaths were tragic, I just find it interesting that with the right wing fanatics, the President couldn't win either way!

BTW - From the linked story:

"Kyle’s memorial service was held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Monday, at which Obama wasn’t in attendance. He received some criticism for his absence, however, it appears that the commander-in-chief was attending the Medal of Honor ceremony for former Staff Sgt. Clinton Romesha that same day."

I guess he didn't avoid that one...... huh?

Perhaps you should stick to BENGHAZI!

And before I forget how this just gets that sand grinding that old box.......

Which President avoided all those caskets returning our fallen soldiers back home?

Which President finally allowed the press to finally return to paying respects to them?
