The former chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Committee in Pennsylvania who resigned last week after being accused of sexual assault on an employee from his law firm, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with 19 counts, including rape and drug charges. According to sources, 66 year-old Robert Kerns had gotten drunk and assaulted a woman following a GOP dinner in October.

He also faces charges of possession of an instrument of crime with intent, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

He's asking fellow baggers to donate to his legal defense fund.

Why don't you just grow up? We all know your bitter hatred for republicans. But lets just face it. It doesn't matter what political party, there is going to be those who choose to break the law. Do you remember the former mayor Kilpatrick of Detroit? What about the 13 democrats charged with stealing $16 million from a charity? We can point fingers back and forth at each other all day. What do you hope to accomplish with this childish behavior. There are scum in all walks of life. If you ever grow up and leave your trailer you would see for yourself. Until then just quit with pointing fingers at everybody.
